This professionally decorated unit is located on the ground floor. Our backyard is the Gulf of Mexico! You will have no bother with waiting on elevators or taking the stairs. Walk out the back door and you are on your way to the beautiful white sands of Orange Beach. Our patio is convenient to the pool and you can enjoy the beach while watching your children swim.
Our bottom floor unit is three bedrooms and two baths. There are 4 flat screen televisions, DVDs, well stocked kitchen, full size washer and dryer and very comfortable mattresses. Bedrooms have block out drapes in case you want to sleep in.

Romar Place is a well kept complex. We are located close to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping and have the most beautiful beach. Sunsets are spectacular.

Gloria, the host, was wonderful about responding and making sure everything was taken care of. The property was very worn, outdated, kinda dirty, and a lot of stuff was broken or needed replacing. I don’t feel like we got what we paid for compared to other places that I have stayed in the same area. The people working the property were very rude for no reason.

You will have no regrets staying in the lovely condo. Love the ground floor unit, grassy area and acess to the beach. 5 stars for cleanliness, views and communication for super easy check in. My only regret is we could not stay longer :) We will be returning!

So relaxing!!

Condo was comfy and clean and the property was amazing. Pool was literally a few feet from the condo and beach was just past that!! Gloria was attentive and checked in to make sure all was well!!! I would absolutely recommend this property and hope to be able to stay there again!!

It was a wonderful location to both the beach and pool. And very family friendly and very good location with young children. The condo was clean and had plenty of space for the whole family.

My sister and I purchased this unit in 1998. To me, it is a little piece of heaven. The ease of being on the 1st floor is so appealing. Once you can avoid the elevators and not using the stairs you will be spoiled. Many of our renters book every year due to the convenience - we hope you will give it a try. Life should be easy at the beach!

Why they chose this property

We selected Romar Place because it is well kept and clean. I love this area - the beach is beautiful- perfect for early morning and late afternoon walks. The sunsets make great pictures and memories.

What makes this property unique

I love the bottom floor unit - it is so easy and the Gulf of Mexico is my back yard! Our profile picture is our family at our yearly beach reunion. As you can see, we have a great location for pictures with a fabulous background.
