BBQ on private patio with mountain and desert views. Guests enjoy a private bathroom and climate control with both air conditioning and heating to keep things just right. Up to 3 horses ($10 per horse per day). Proof of current Coggins test required. Horse fee is paid in cash to on site host upon arrival. You are responsible to provide feed for your horses and clean up manure in stalls.
