Bright, 420 sq foot, second-floor studio with a large separate kitchen, spacious closet, and bathroom. The main room (15’x14’) has one double (full-size) mattress and three large windows soaking the space in afternoon light. Fully furnished with all essentials, it offers complete privacy. Perfect for a comfortable, central, and sunny stay. Cost of utilities included (no additional charge).
Half mile from downtown Berkeley. Two blocks from Ashby BART/ subway station. Eleven miles from downtown San Francisco. Conveniently located in a lively neighborhood, you’ll find five restaurants and three cafes within just two blocks. Street parking is available for your convenience.
A few small imperfections: Sun discoloration on the hallway carpet, and two draws in the desk that don’t open.
