A large 5 bedroom 2 livingrooms - villa just by the lake. It is located in Buftea - Samurcasi Str. Traian Lalescu , 20 km to Airport, 20km to Bucharest Downtown. 15 km to Bucharest North Area.
Spaciuos living with open kitchen, 2 terraces, a generous courtyard and access direct to the lake !
Groundfloor: living + openspace kitchen + 2 bedrooms + terrace/patio + bathroom.
Upstairs : 3 bedrooms, one with a nice balcony + living + bathroom + hallway + terrace overlooking the green backyard.
The space
The house is very spacious; it is outside town so you will have clean fresh air
you can have a swim or surf ( if you bring your own gear ) in a huge lake in the backyard. Hi speed WI FI in the house.
Plenty of parking space for 5 cars.
Large fridge with freezer / New Dishwasher / Laundrymachine /
Kitchen appliances - microwave / gas cooker / slow juicer / blender / bread maker
The house is appropriate for business trips: there is a desk in each room, a workable printer + scanner. You can use the living for meetings and even for training / workshops, team retreat. (up to 14 places U shape with tables and chairs) You can also request a Master Trainer to facilitate team meetings/ team buildings or Business Trainings.
We can provide (upon request) a projector & a screen.
