House is incorrectly listed as the entire home on Expedia despite being just a room in a home. Neither support or owner was helpful in canceling/refunding the booking and there was no full refund allowed even within an hour of booking. The whole situation is ridiculous and support will NOT help you they drop chats 3 times and now I’m dealing with my brand trying to file a fraud claim.
May not be the owners fault due to Vrbo and Expedia being affiliated but it’s still a ridiculous situation and I’m still waiting on my money
