This amazing unit is located in the Meadows Community, offering access to 2 pools, a brand-new gym facility, pickleball & tennis courts, golf courses, events, fitness classes, miles of walking & biking trails, and much more! The condo features new queen-size bedroom set with an adjustable powered base and a comfortable, new mattress; a newly renovated bathroom, new flooring; and brand-new kitchen appliances. The condo is furnished with earthy, woody elements that complement the beautiful, wooded surroundings of The Meadows. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, three balconies, and sliding glass doors throughout. It has an assigned, covered parking space and a storage unit. Queen size blow up mattress is available in the unit as well. The Meadows Community is one of the oldest in the area, it has lots of greenery, beautiful trees, flowers for peaceful walks but yet it is very close to the UTC mall area where you can go to many restaurants, and shopping centers. It is 15 min from downtown Sarasota and about 20 min from beautiful beaches. The location is amazing! **Pick Up Trucks, Motorcycles, and Commercial Vehicles are not allowed to park overnight per HOA rules. This rental is subject to the approval of the HOA, which requires the application at least two weeks prior to arrival. The application fee of $100 is at the charge of the tenant ($100 per married couple, or $100 per guest.) and NOT included in the booking fee. The fee amount is subject to change.
