Climate control keeps the space comfortable year-round with both heating and AC. This awesome spot offers a peaceful retreat where you can unwind and recharge. We hope you'll enjoy your stay at our bed & breakfast. Formerly known as the Rosenberry Inn (named after Judge Rosenberry who lived in the property in the 1930’s), the Bougainvillea Bed & Breakfast consists of 8 individual units, each with its own private bathroom and kitchenette. The units are fully furnished, and romantically capture the feeling of a bygone era. Each room is unique in its own way, and there is a large central kitchen and dining room on the main level which can be rented out for larger gatherings. Full laundry services are also available on-site (for a small fee), and there is ample private parking behind the building. Each room is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave and keurig coffee maker, including K-cups & coffee cups + creamer & various sugar & sugar substitute packets. A hot plate and silverware is provided upon request at no extra charge. Many of the rooms also feature a sink in the kitchenette. There are new 43" flat screen smart TVs in each room, so you can enjoy watching your favorite programs on your favorite apps. The building and rooms are also equipped with modern keyless entry locks and video cameras in the common areas for guest security. Enjoy your stay in a former Wausau mansion rich in history!
