Riceve splendide brezze marine tutto l'anno, completo di barbecue e frigorifero esterno. L'appartamento è completo di lavatrice, asciugatrice, lavastoviglie e comfort moderni per rendere il vostro soggiorno il più comodo possibile
Adatto a 4 adulti o una famiglia di 4 persone, possono dormire 3 coppie o 2 adulti e 4 bambini.

Private getaway

Great location and space to stay. We enjoyed time on the balcony and took the opportunity of nearby restaurants and walks along the ocean each day. Brad and Amanda are good hosts.

Family vacation in Gold Coast

Stayed here for a few days while visiting our daughter. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Brad recommended a fantastic fish market that is only quick walk distance away at the beach. The private rooftop balcony was our favorite place to sit in the mornings before we headed out and in the evenings when we came back. We did not use the nice hot tub but we did use the terrific bbq every night. Having a good bbq was very important to us. The apartment is clean and appointed with new/clean furniture and linens. This third story apartment is private with beautiful sky views. If you are looking for a place that is not too far from Surfers Paradise but much quieter, this is a good choice as it is just a short Uber away.

Short get away

We loved our stay, the booking process was so easy & Brad and Amanda were very prompt with replies, accommodated us booking an extra night at the last minuite so we could arrive a day earlier. It's an older complex but as soon as you walk in the door you feel at home. We arrived to a beautiful aroma with an oil burner and a chilled bottle of wine in the fridge and my 14 year old son loved the Oreo's on the table after a 5 hour drive😀. Brad and Amanda responded to our message at 10.30 pm with the access code and asked to message when all settled and if we needed anything even though they were also away. The complex is soo quiet and we never saw another resident during our stay.It was the perfect base to explore the Gold Coast region and the spa and private balcony was a delight after returning from our hinterland and zip lining adventure...Close to everything and a short stroll to the water to enjoy the view of the city over the water at night. Thank you will be booking again...highly recommend!

Amazing stay

Beautiful apartment, fully equipped with everything needed. A huge spa that is perfect after a long day. Hosts are fantastic with communication and are very friendly & helpful. Apartment is close to water and restaurants. We would stay here again. Thanks to Brad & Amanda for a great stay.

Comfortable and Modern

We quite liked this place. It’s not very pretty from the outside but when you get in, it’s surprisingly modern, decent furniture, and reasonably well equiped with creature comforts. Would definitely stay again, however I believe that you could probably get more for less. A little pricey for what it is.

Very happy with our stay

The unit was clean, well presented and basic items well provided for. There were a few nice restaurants nearby, and the cooking facilities were good for anyone who wants to eat in. It wasn't too far to travel to the theme parks and local attractions. It was handy to have secure parking to keep our rental car safe . Everything we needed was there. Brad was quick to respond to questions. It was a good base for our visit to the gold coast.

I had a very comfortable stay for 2 nights. The host was very prompt and helpful with his communication. Was also very understanding when I had a massive “brain fade” and left with the keys in my pocket! I would love to come back next time with my whole family. Thanks Brad.

The the weather is amazing all year round, not to hot not to cold. Come see for your self.
You will see what a hidden gem Labrador really is and why its one of the Gold Coasts biggest hot spots right now.

Big chefs Kitchen with all you need for a night in, or spoil your self with an abundance of cafes, Restaurants, clubs, takeaways , some of the freshest seafood on the coast all with in walking distance.
This apartment is new to this site although is currently listed on other sites and maintaining a consistent 5 star rating from all guests
