Spacious, very quiet end unit is approximately 1000 sq. feet. Upgrades include remodeled kitchen with maple cabinets, fridge with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher and USB charging. The large master suite includes king size bed with West Elm furniture and West Elm bedding, 3 closets, 26-inch flat panel TV with ROKU, dual sinks with granite counters. The guest bedroom has 2 extra long single beds. The guest bath has new vanity and granite counter as well. The living room has a new 42-inch HDTV, ROKU for streaming movies, mid-century style couch and matching arm chair. There is newer carpeting (modern shag) and newer lighting. The patio has a BBQ and table with 2 chairs. There is a LG front load washer/dryer, HD cable TV and high speed WI-Fi. The condo is just steps from the saltwater/heated pool and spa. The condo complex is very well maintained and has 4 pools and spas, and tennis courts. Across the street in either direction is the Taquitiz Creek Golf Course and hiking trails. Vons Market is also across the street. Just down the street there is Target, Starbucks and Trader Joes plus lots of good dining options. The trendy Parker resort is also a stone's throw as well as Knott's Soak City. A very comfortable, super clean and nicely upgraded condo awaits! City of Palm Springs ID# is 547.

If you are looking to stay in Palm Springs, this is it. This is a great 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit in a beautiful quiet residential area and has everything you will need for your stay; fresh linen, towels, pots and pans, comfy pillows, bbq grill, washer/ name a few. You are close to everything. Von's, Target and Trader Joe's is right around corner. Downtown shopping, hiking, museums, malls are a short drive. Relax by the heated pool or hot tub after a day of fun. Tennis courts and golf is a short walk from the unit.

Comfortable and quiet

Good location but a car is needed. Pool area is great and grounds are well looked after. Condo is on the darker side which is probably an amazing thing in the hottest seasons. Fully stocked and clean for our arrival. Would stay here again as the price was great!

Good location, good value

The property delivered on all its promises. It was clean, spacious, and I especially enjoyed the pool area. The kitchen was well-equipped, and there was a good supply of pool towels, bathrobes, and linen. The covered parking meant that my car was never hot, and the patio was north-facing so it was cool on even the hottest afternoons. Really good value.

Great place...Great location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our month long stay at Palm Canyon Villas. Eric was a great host and answered any questions we had. The unit was fully equipped, roomy, and comfortable. The location is the southern and less windy part of Palm Springs. There's a convenient Von's store across the street on one side and the Taquitz Creek Golf Course on the other side. Target is just up the street. This is our favorite area to stay in Palm Springs.

Decent apt with nice private community pool

Overall for the price, apartment was fair.

Pros: Good kitchen, large dining table. Modern furniture overall. Really nice quiet community pool (with hot tub) and owners have pool chairs you can use. Owners are responsive to email even during the stay.

Cons: It's a little dark inside - didn't help that the blinds in the kitchen/dining area are broken. Location is farther from downtown palm springs than i expected. Sheets in the 2nd bedroom are run down, too - had holes in it. Can hear quite a bit of noise through the walls/windows - sprinklers that go off very early in the morning, noise from the upstairs neighbor, etc. Apartment itself wasn't clean - trash in the kitchen trash can, hairs in the bathroom sink, etc.

Owner's Response: Sandra, I am sorry that your expectations were not met. We have taken note to these broken items and they have been fixed. Others gave given us 5 star reviews and understand our condo is GREAT alternative to pricey hotels that are $300 per night and UP. Also, the location is not hidden on VRBO with the provided map. We hope that our future guests understand we are not a hotel and are just sharing our vacation place. Your expectations might be better matched with a hotel, not a vacation home.

Quiet and clean neighbourhood

I stayed for 5 nights with my my wife and two children.

The condo is close to Palm Springs and all the neighbourhoods-a car is needed.

The condo itself is tastefully designed, clean and comfortable.

The pool is very quiet, clean and warm. There are fruit trees and humming birds. Several of the residents who's condos surround the pool are seniors.

Parking is directly ourseide the condo.

The condo is ideal for people with restricted movement etc.

Perfect Palm springs condo!

We were in Palm springs for a week performing and this condo was perfect! Spotless and very tastefully furnished. The location was also terrific.
