There is new laminate floors and upgraded lighting. We provide fresh towels and linens for our guests. The patio has a gas BBQ plus table with 2 chairs. There is a full size LG washer/dryer and high-speed Wi-Fi. The condo is just steps from the saltwater/heated pool and spa. The condo complex is very well maintained and has 4 pools and spas, and tennis courts. Includes one covered parking space and tons of street parking. Across the street in either direction is the Tahquitz Creek Golf Course and hiking trails. Vons Market is also across the street. Just down the street there is Target, Starbucks and Trader Joes PLUS lots of good dining options. The trendy Parker resort is also a stone's throw as well as Knott's Soak City. A fab place to stay
A fabulous place to stay. Close distance to many of the local attractions including water park and aerial tramway. Many of the surrounding condos were empty so we enjoyed the pool to ourselves. Both bedrooms and bathrooms were just what we needed as a family of 4. Ample kitchen space allowed us to prepare meals at home as well.
perfect apartment for what we needed
we really enjoyed our stay in Palm springs. perfect location, close to a supermarket (walking distance) and lots of shops driving distance!! the pool and hot tub area was beautiful and quiet with little rabbits running around and humming birds!! so beautiful! the apartment itself was comfortable with all the amenities we needed, even a BBQ! was on the shady side as not a lot of light got in the patio but was nice and cool in the 39 degree heat! so worked in our favour! thanks again John!
Very nice place
We had a lovely time. The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed - paper goods, propane for the grill, just everything. It was clean and nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable. The grounds were nice. We would definitely stay there again!
Comfortable and quiet
Good location but a car is needed. Pool area is great and grounds are well looked after. Condo is on the darker side which is probably an amazing thing in the hottest seasons. Fully stocked and clean for our arrival. Would stay here again as the price was great!
Good location, good value
The property delivered on all its promises. It was clean, spacious, and I especially enjoyed the pool area. The kitchen was well-equipped, and there was a good supply of pool towels, bathrobes, and linen. The covered parking meant that my car was never hot, and the patio was north-facing so it was cool on even the hottest afternoons. Really good value.
Great place...Great location!
We thoroughly enjoyed our month long stay at Palm Canyon Villas. Eric was a great host and answered any questions we had. The unit was fully equipped, roomy, and comfortable. The location is great...in the southern and less windy part of Palm Springs. There's a convenient Von's store across the street on one side and the Taquitz Creek Golf Course on the other side. Target is just up the street. This is our favorite area to stay in Palm Springs.
