Located in the perfect spot of the old survey area of Normanville, this holiday home is a 2 min walk to the village and a 5 min walk to the beach. Sunsets have never been better as you overlook the gorgeous views over the adjacent vacant farmland providing expansive views of Cape Jarvis all from the front yard . This home has two separate living areas and four spacious bedrooms, the main having en-suite and walk in robe.
The size of the allotment allows you plenty of room to move and you have a large undercover outdoor area for entertaining your guests.
In the rear yard you have plenty of room for a family cricket match. Or enjoy entertaining in the covered outdoor area, complete with not only a BBQ but a pizza oven.
This property is fully fenced.
Within the nearby district you have award winning restaurants, wineries, fishing and some of the best sightseeing opportunities the Fleurieu Peninsula has to offer.

Stayz at Normanville.

The booking process was simple and direct. The host was most accommodating and helpful. It was a pleasure to walk in and find a clean, well equipped home for our family stay of 7. Plenty of room and activities for the children whilst catering well for the adults. Great location. Highly recommend this home. Our family had an absolutely wonderful time thank you.

Weekend Away - Surf Lifesaving Carnival

The property was perfect for us. Very clean and low maintenance. New bathrooms which were great. Plenty of room for adults and kids to spread out, walking distance to the shops and the beach and a gorgeous view from the front deck. The communication with the property manager was very helpful and responsive. We will definitely be looking to stay here again.

Long weekend

A lovely roomy house with a gorgeous front deck view to sip coffee/gin and watch the sunset. Inside the combustion heater keeps the entire place warm. Bedrooms are spacious and comfy. Plentiful facilities, no need to get in the car as you can walk to all shops, hotel and beach. We will be back!

Stunning house and location

Perfect walking distance to the beach and normanville surf life saving club, as well as perfect walking distance to the main street. The house was beautiful and was so happy there were no over powerful fragrances like reed diffusers. The house was open, bright and fresh. Watching the sun set from the front lounge was my favourite, I just made sure to pop the lounge cushions away each night in their little place. Lovely to sit out the front saying hello to the local wildlife across the road - kangaroos, butterflies and magpies. Would love to visit back here again, recommend it for sure!

Long wkend getaway

We had a lovely time in this beautiful house, fantastic location for walking to the beach. Owner very helpful and let us check out later which was so welcome with young kids. Well stocked kitchen.

Well equipped house in good location

Great house that is very well equipped. Good location on quiet street and nice view out the front. Plenty of space and a number of different zones to chill out or dine both indoor and outdoor. Easy walk to beach. Good size garden with plenty of room for kids to play and fun extras like trampoline, soccer goals and pool table, plus plenty of indoor games, puzzles and DVDs if needed. We will definitely like to come back one day.

Lovely house in perfect location

Spent a very relaxing week in this clean, comfortable house. Plenty of room for our large family (2 adults 5 kids). Large backyard with trampoline was a big hit with the younger kids, and the ping pong table was the teenagers' favourite. The verandah has amazing views, and sunset time became an unmissable part of our day (also a great place from which to watch kangaroos). We do a lot of cooking so the spacious kitchen was perfect. The owner is friendly and responded quickly when we had questions for her. Short walk to the beach or the shops. I can't recommend this property highly enough.

Normanville get away

Beautiful home with everything you could possibly need. Just a quick walk to Beach and Main Street. We had a lovely time and hope to go book again once we know our holiday dates.

We loved Emma’s place. It was super clean and well presented. The backyard and games room awesome.

Wonderful experience Emma’s house is spacious, clean and well presented. The kids loved the trampoline and table tennis. It was a short stroll to the Normancille Main Street for cafes and an easy walk to the beach and jetty. We would definitely like to stay again.

The perfect spot for a getaway! The house is stunning and all the entertainment you need! The location is perfect - 5min walk to the beach, super close to all the shops needed. Great hosts with super easy check in.

Can’t wait to stay again!

Such a great place to stay. We loved the fenced backyard with trampoline, the short stroll to the shops and just a 2 min bike ride to the beach. The house had everything and then some! Super clean, very well set up for kids and the owners made us feel at home. Can’t wait to book it again!

Beautifully presented holiday home in glorious Normanville. This house has all you need for your weekend getaway. Clean, modern and in a great location it is spacious enough to fit 2 families comfortably, fenced in yard so the kids can play outside (complete with trampoline) and all the amenities you need to ensure your stay is comfortable. Really can’t rave about this house enough, 10 out of 10!!
