The location is perfect for fishing and boating. It’s also within walking distance to the Flora-Bama. The only complaint I have is the hot water would never work in the kitchen.

Beautiful condo in a Great location.

The condo was exactly as described. The walk to the beach was easy and only took a few minutes. The lights on the pier shine directly into the condo once it is dark outside, so don't plan on using the sleeper sofa in the living room. The bathroom off the main bedroom was not cleaned. There was blood all over the toilet, one of the light bulbs was out and the stopper in the tub didn't work. Some curtains and a thorough cleaning would have made this the perfect place.

Property needed some attention I.e. kitchen faucet dripped constantly. It needs a washer or something. Had I not been so I'll I would have reported it. But I didnt feel well enough to have people In.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: overall, we enjoyed the stay.However, my wife was horrified at the lack of cleaning in the rooms, especially the floors.I bought a swiffer, and it took 5-6 pads before they stopped being black from dirt. We actually found sand in the bed linens of the 2nd bedroom, so obviously, they were not laundered.There were also some maintenance items that were not attended to. (specifically, the master bedroom screen door was rusted and rotted to the point that it was not usable).Other than those things, we liked the room and the view.

Fun vacation spot

We had a great vacation at Jubilee Landing. Very roomy, nice pool, and access to beach (you do have to cross the street but once at beach it’s not busy whatsoever). There were a few things that could have been cleaner. The pull out bed had melted chocolate Reese’s on the sheets, the king size bed had dirty foot prints on the sheets which leads me to believe they were not changed from the previous guest. They were also clothes in the drawers from previous guest. Some other small things but it seemed to me it is the cleaning crew that fell short. Also, the kitchen really needs blinds instead of being open for anyone to look into (and they do) at all hours. Overall we had a great vacation but it could have been cleaner.

Great location! Nicely renovated condo!

This condo was beautifully located overlooking the bay and a walk across the street to the ocean. Seriously best of both worlds. Very nicely recently renovated. Very clean. Had everything we needed to enjoy our stay! Would definitely recommend to others!

The condo has a great location, beach access and is part of a smaller sized complex.

We really enjoy this property because it is not a high rise complex. The beach across the street is so nice and far from crowded hotels and high rise condos. There is plenty of room and no need to run down to get a spot. The fishing and crabbeing off the pier is perfect for our young kids. We enjoyed crabs everyday we were there. The condo is clean and comfortable . We have stayed here several times and always have had a pleasant experience.

When we arrived at our condo, it was noticeably unclean. There was hair in the bathroom, sand, and a used soap bar in the shower. The rental company stated they would send us to lunch while they cleaned to compensate us for the inconvenience but the condo was already cleaned by us at this point. We spent part of our vacation cleaning the bathrooms, floors and changing the sheets. There was no other mention of compensation by the rental company. The checkin process was completely useless and took us an extra hour through the main traffic. We loved Jubilee Landing and will stay in a different condo next time. Our family members in a different condo had a great experience with a very clean room. We will not rent from this company again.

Great vacation but outdated unit

The checkin process doesn’t make any sense. The office is 25 minutes away in the wrong direction and the unit has keyless entry so it seems completely unnecessary. You could always email checkin instructions and parking pass. The view off the balcony was fantastic and the location is great but the unit had some issues. The front door wouldn’t lock, the handle of the dishwasher was broken, and the garbage disposal didn’t work. Overall we enjoyed our vacation but the place was overpriced.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was very clean! It has a patio facing the bay. Made for some beautiful sunsets. And lots of beautiful houses and boats to see. The only complaint I can give is you pay a pretty penny to stay and finding a parking spot is hard to do. I counted over 30/40 units but only 20 parking spots. You are only allowed one car because of this issue. There’s a huge empty, grassy lot next to the units they should invest in more parking.

Unit 102 jubilee landing

One of the property owners here stays in everyone's business, I have a service animal I clean up after her, bother the other owners who do not clean up after their pets. 2 bathrooms 1 sink didn't drain, ther other shower head doesn't work good. The cleaning of the unit needs to be ALOT better. TVs in the bedroom do not work, couldn't get booking agent to respond when I needed them. Not enough parking for those that have parking passes. Needs a drain rack for the sink. Ceiling fans both bedrooms, lights/chains were broke... no overhead lights.

We normally stay in Panama City , but we were looking for a more relaxing, low key atmosphere. We loved our stay at jubilee landing. The room was just as it was pictured on the website. It was clean , and well stocked. We loved that we could hang out and fish at the pier and also were 5 minutes to the beach. The complex was very homey and comfortable. We will definitely come back !

The WiFi did not work and the master bath could use a little updating. There was no trash can in the master bath and the toilet paper is terrible, bring your own. The views are pretty from the balcony. The bed was comfy. We utilized the fish cleaning station, which is a plus.

The Keurig coffee maker was a bonus for us & we really appreciated it. I had to contact the manager for a minor issue but she was on top of it immediately so no worries there. I noticed previous reviews about the parking but we had no issues at all. The condo was stocked with absolutely everything you could possibly need for a perfect vacation. The pool was perfect & well kept up just as last year so many kudos for that. I have absolutely no complaints for our stay because the condo has much more than you expect for a vacation rental. We will definitely be coming back for another stay & I would recommend this rental to anyone with no worries at all. Thank you Dana for helping us to enjoy our perfect 2018 vacation!!!

There was an altercation in the parking lot where the police were called because a male owner and a female renter were arguing and it almost got physical. Very disappointing! All over parking. Not exactly sure where the problem lies, but it felt as if the owners do not want this to be a rented establishment. We did not feel welcome and will not be returning.
