Great location- a block from the Silver Star development which gives you direct access to Park City Mountain Resort. A quick 5 minute walk to the elevator takes you to the Silver Star lift where you can purchase your lift tickets and avoid the crowds at the base of the Resort.
The light and airy unit backs up to cross country skiing at the White Pine Touring and across the street from great snowshoeing trails. If you wish to ski elsewhere in the valley or explore Main Street, the free Park City shuttle stops across the street from the parking lot. If you have a car, there is free parking directly in front of the unit.
The interior of the unit is large, fully equipped and very cozy. The platinum-rated unit recently underwent a complete renovation with all granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and vaulted paneled ceilings. The well stocked kitchen has an island that seats four and a table that seats eight. We have views of the mountains and cross-country skiing which can be enjoyed from any of the unit's three decks. A large hot tub is well situated and very private.
Eight sleep comfortably here – it is perfect for two families. There are three bedroom suites – one on each of the three floors. The fourth bedroom has a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom. The unit has four flat screen TVs, WIFI and a gas fireplace in the living room. The entrance to the unit is on the ground floor and there are no long set of stairs to walk up. There is also a large mud room at the front entrance to store skis and other equipment, and a washer and dryer.
We provide a concierge at your disposal as needed. She will even stock your unit with food and spirits for a small fee.
Our rental rates are reasonable and far less than charged by commercial management companies. A deposit and rental agreement is required. Final payment is required 30 days prior to your arrival.

ACCORDINGLY, NO BOOKING REQUEST IS CONFIRMED UNLESS SUCH A CONVERSATION OCCURS WITHIN 48 HOURS OF OUR ACCEPTANCE OF A BOOKING REQUEST AND OUR RENTAL AGREEMENT IS SIGNED AND RETURNED. IN THE ABSENCE OF SUCH A CONVERSATION AND SIGNED RENTAL AGREEMENT, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL YOUR BOOKING REQUEST AND REFUND YOUR DEPOSIT.
