Fantastic 4 bedroom Payday Condo near Silverstar Lift at PCMR

Great location- a block from the Silver Star development which gives you direct access to Park City Mountain Resort. A quick 5 minute walk to the elevator takes you to the Silver Star lift where you can purchase your lift tickets and avoid the crowds at the base of the Resort.

The light and airy unit backs up to cross country skiing at the White Pine Touring and across the street from great snowshoeing trails. If you wish to ski elsewhere in the valley or explore Main Street, the free Park City shuttle stops across the street from the parking lot. If you have a car, there is free parking directly in front of the unit.

The interior of the unit is large, fully equipped and very cozy. The platinum-rated unit recently underwent a complete renovation with all granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and vaulted paneled ceilings. The well stocked kitchen has an island that seats four and a table that seats eight. We have views of the mountains and cross-country skiing which can be enjoyed from any of the unit's three decks. A large hot tub is well situated and very private.

Eight sleep comfortably here – it is perfect for two families. There are three bedroom suites – one on each of the three floors. The fourth bedroom has a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom. The unit has four flat screen TVs, WIFI and a gas fireplace in the living room. The entrance to the unit is on the ground floor and there are no long set of stairs to walk up. There is also a large mud room at the front entrance to store skis and other equipment, and a washer and dryer.

We provide a concierge at your disposal as needed. She will even stock your unit with food and spirits for a small fee.

Our rental rates are reasonable and far less than charged by commercial management companies. A deposit and rental agreement is required. Final payment is required 30 days prior to your arrival.

About Kelly

Our family has spent years of summer and winter vacations in the Mountain West. Park City is our favorite place at all times of the year and, after many years of visiting, have finally decided to make it our second home. It offers a variety of skiing, snowboarding, and snowshoeing. Park City has great restaurants and every convenience, including easy access to the Salt Lake City International Airport.

Why Kelly chose Utah

We were looking for a quiet home that was cozy and comfortable. It is the perfect place for lounging after a long day of skiing. Park City Mountain Resort feels like it is right across the street and it is so easy to get around Park City. We walk everywhere – to the ski life, to Old Town, to the base of mountain. And, if we don’t feel like walking, the quick and easy Park City bus is right across the street allow us to connect to everything the valley has to offer.

What makes this townhome unique

We wanted convenience – we didn’t want to truck up flights of stairs to bring in groceries or take our boots off and store our skis. And, we wanted to be close to all Park City has to offer in a quiet location. Our home is more horizontal than many ski homes – the mudroom laundry, kitchen, dining room, family room and a bedroom (along with two full bathrooms) are all on the main floor. A second master with a full bath is on the second floor, as is the third bedroom with a bunk bed. The fourth bedroom has a queen sized bed and small private bath. Unlike many other Payday units, our house does not have any lofts. All bedrooms are private.

Perfect House and Location for our 3 Generation Family Ski Vacation

This townhouse unit was just perfect for our family ranging from ages 6-76. I was amazed how close we were to the PCMR, grocery stores, shopping, and great places to eat. The house itself has four bedrooms that accommodated the kids in a bunkroom-FUN, and all of the adults in their own rooms each with bathrooms. Kids and and adults alike loved that the unit backed up to a golf course that was a perfect playground to build snowpeople and have great snowball fights. The kitchen was fully equipped with anything you would need to prepare a great meal or even to bake some sweet treats after a long day of skiing. The rooms had extra blankets, towels and each had humidifiers which we were grateful for.

The only complaint I heard from anyone the entire trip was that the slate floors downstairs were super cold. I am not sure if they could have been heated but we could not find the control if there was one.

I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a great location, great property, with a very easy to work with owner.

Excellent Park City Home--Beat expectations!

A lovingly maintained unit with very easy access walking to Silver Star plaza and lift-- even in ski boots. Silver Star has a lift ticket window, chairlift with blue and black terrain, a restaurant, ski shop, bathrooms, but no all day parking. Top of SIlver Star gives easy access to PCMR and Canyons. Payday 180 has ample room with 3 king masters en suites and a "kids room" with bunk bed and trundle. We were six middle aged Dads on a boys' trip from the northeast and were very happy. Well stocked modern kitchen, comfortable sitting/TV area off the dining room. In fact, couldn't get 3 of our group out of the unit all day when the weather was less than perfect for skiing. They just migrated from couch to kitchen to hot tub. Not a bad alternative. Hot tub was private (not always the case with other units in the same development). We had a car (rentals were pretty cheap so hard to resist--but PC is doable without one). Shuttle stops right opposite the entrance to the Payday condos. Owner Kelly was extremely responsive to questions, and likes to speak personally with all her renters--I like that. Planning a return trip next year.

Great Place, solid upgrades

We stayed at Kelly's place for our annual guys ski trip. It was the perfect fit for the 6 of us with plenty of seating on the couch, or at the table and bar. The house had been nicely updated with granite and stainless appliances; and the kitchen had just about everything you'd need with quality cooking utensils/pans--not the entry level stuff you'd expect to find in most rentals.

Walking in there's a great mud room that helped to contain all of our gear, and the laundry made sharing a space with 6 adult males much more tolerable.

The house is just a 3-4 minute walk from the silver star lift, making it practically ski in/out but at a fraction of the cost; and the bus stop is just across the driveway allowing for convenient access to Main St or the rest of PC/Canyons. Out the back door was access to a cross country track if that's more your thing.

There is a private hot tub right on the deck out the side door that is well maintained. During our stay a pool guy came by twice to fill it up and add anything the water needed. There's also a nice propane grill on the same deck.

The unit is 3 levels with plenty of space for the 6 of us, although i'm sure it could hold a few more without a problem. On the middle is a bunk room that would be perfect for kids to share that has games and some books. Coincidentally that's where we put the "children" of our group.

Kelly has stocked the unit with big beach towels for the hot tub, high quality linens for the beds and bath towels, plenty of humidifiers that we ran constantly, and a couple boot dryers. There's a great gas fireplace that cranks out heat in the sunken family room.

Kelly was incredibly responsive to any emails or calls, and provided some great introductory information about the house before our arrival. Her local property manager was equally helpful the one time we had to call her. Over the 10 years we've done these trips, this was easily one of the best units we've stayed at and it's pretty clear this place is more than a rental, as it's very well taken care of going well beyond what you'd expect to find.

family get-together

We had two families with teenagers and young adults for a week of skiing in this Utah townhouse. What a great location close to the Silver Star lift and within an easy walk of the main lifts at Park City, but a bit of a hike to the historic part of Main Street. However buses pass by the unit frequently enough so that a car in not a necessity just a convenience. We actually walked to dinner and the grocery store a couple of times. As for the unit, the pictures are very accurate. It is well decorated, clean and nicely furnished. With four bedrooms and four baths, we had plenty of space to spread out. The other nice feature was how well furnished the kitchen and baths were. The owner and housekeeping do more than give lip service to this. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and they allow foods that are not perishable to remain so that you do not have to buy all the basics for cooking as you typically do in units where everything is cleaned out before a new renter occupies. Also the bathrooms had plenty of paper products as well as lotions, soaps and shampoos if needed. Very nice!!!! The unit was very clean when we arrived and the housekeeper was very responsive to our needs during the week. It was too warm the week we were there to use the outdoor hot tub, but it was clean and very conveniently located right out the back door. We will definitely be back.

Awesome location, beautiful condo!

We rented this condo for a spring break ski trip in Park City. We had a large group and the condo fit everyone just fine! It was very clean and comfortable and it had a beautiful kitchen and common area that was perfect for group dinners and games after skiing. The condo is a very short walk to the Silver Star lift so you can be on the slopes of PCMR within 5 minutes from leaving the front door. We found that we preferred the terrain at Canyons Resort but luckily the Pay Day condo is super close to the bus stop (2 minute walk)! The busses are all free and are pretty reliable. They run frequently and getting to and from the Canyons Resort was very easy. It was also easy to get to and from downtown Park City for dinner and grocery shopping without a car. The owner of the condo was extremely helpful and willing to answer any question at anytime. If she ever was unavailable due to work reasons she made sure that someone was available to answer our questions and she also made sure that we had someone to contact in Park City during our stay if our group needed anything. I would highly recommend this condo for groups and families both with a car and without.

Payday hit the mark

We had a family gathering with 3 kids and 5 adults. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms rocked. The kitchen was stocked. Even had a few fun items like a fondue pot. The hot tub hit the spot after the days on the slope. Great location! Kids even went sledding in the back yard. Bus is right there so if you don't want a car you don't need it.
