The space

This is a shared home designed with business travelers and interns in mind. We offer a budget-friendly stay in one of the safest and most conveniently located neighborhoods in Silicon Valley.

Our home is right next to the beautiful Sunnyvale Community Center Park—a peaceful, spacious green area perfect for evening walks. The neighborhood is quiet and family-friendly, and we kindly ask that you respect the quiet hours and help us preserve the calm atmosphere of the community.

As a bonus, we're within walking distance to one of the most popular local spots—In-N-Out Burger!

This is a spacious room featuring a Queen-size bed and a Queen-size sofa bed, ideal for both solo travelers and small groups.
You’ll also enjoy a 65-inch smart TV, and a full desk setup with a large external monitor—perfect for remote work or study.

Street parking is available, but please do not park on the driveway in front of the garage.
The good news is, there’s a public parking lot right in front of the house, so finding a spot is usually easy and convenient.

Guests share a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom, which is shared among four rooms.
