Located in the heart of the Petite-Patrie district, this large and beautiful apartment has been completely renovated. Accessible by a beautiful alley, a free parking is available to receive a car. Two minutes walk from the Beaubien and Rosemont subways, everything is quickly accessible: Downtown, Plateau Mont-Royal, Little Italy, Outremont, the Jazz Festival, the Round, the Biodome, the Olympic Stadium, the Formula 1 etc.

Beautiful apartment, close to the metro, shops, and fantastic cafes! So much was within walking distance, which was great! Caroline had great communication & provided a lovely stay. If you plan on going to Montreal I 100% recommend staying here!

Great Location, excellent base for a Montreal excursion

The place is great with a huge living space. The bed could be more comfortable, however space is limited in the mezzanine area. There was also some chlorine smell in the place, however that did not impact our stay too much.

Wonderful stay in Montreal

We highly recommend this location for your stay in Montreal. Very close to Rosemont metro, a great marche close to the subway and very quiet neighborhood. Unit was excellent with everything we needed including coffee and bandaids! Will definitely stay here again.

Just what we needed for a few days. Perfect. Kitchen well stocked. Very comfortable sofa. TV screen like a movie theatre. Extremely clean. Off street parking which helps enormously considering Montreal’s crazy parking regulations. And finally you’ll not forget the interesting sleeping conditions. We loved it.

Great for our long weekend for Formula 1

My dad and I stayed here to go to the Formula 1 race in Montreal and it was everything we needed. Simple check-in process and a clean, modern property. Washer and dryer and personal/reserved parking space were a huge plus, and 5 minute or less walk to the metro. Seemed like a safe area, lots of students and young families.

Celebrate my family

The space is a sanctuary to come home to at the end of the day. Central to easy access Metro and walk to Little Italy. Delightful cafe Pista on Beaubien became our local cafe for yummy latte and croissant. We will return. Caroline is a very attentive host

Fantastic Flat & Neighborhood

Loved the energy & vibrancy of the city, the neighborhood, the flat. I spent 3 weeks here, eating & walking my way around to all corners of Montreal. Caroline was extremely responsive & helpful. Do consider staying here!

UNIQUE LAYOUT AND GREAT PARKING!

It was SO convenient to have my own reserved parking space right in front of the entryway. The open concept layout is cozy and tastefully decorated with unique items. Attention to detail and cleanliness were both excellent. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect apartment, unbeatable location, would stay again

This was a perfect vacation rental. It was exactly as described in the listing (no surprises!) and very comfortable. We stayed for 6 days and found ourselves saying what a great place it was several times over the course of our stay. The kitchen was fully equipped (we didn't cook much but we certainly could have) and well-stocked with staples like basic spices and seasonings. The location of the rental (right between two Metro stations) made it very easy to get around and the neighbourhood itself was super walkable. We had one question for the host while we were there and got an answer very promptly. We would love to stay here again in the future!

Very nice stay

We brought our electric bikes and enjoyed riding around the city. Great to have a dedicated parking space. The home is close to the Rosemont metro too. Love the neighborhood- close to everything.

Great, quiet location

This was the best location for my first trip to Montréal. The location was central, but also close to th metro. The place was quiet and lovely, and had everything I could need to make myself comfortable. I would gladly stay here again!

Wonderful place for an individual or couple to stay; easy access to two metro lines and several markets if you want to cook in the apartment. Nice quiet neighborhood. Definitely recommend
