The main sleeping area features a queen bed with soft linens, plus a sofa bed with linens for additional guests or children. The space includes a full kitchen, a dining area, and a relaxing living space with an electric fireplace — ideal for unwinding after a day on the slopes.
You’ll also enjoy a modern bathroom with a soaking tub and separate shower, along with plenty of storage for ski gear and personal belongings. The studio is thoughtfully designed to feel warm, welcoming, and practical for short or long stays in Winter Park.

• The building has a heated driveway, making winter arrivals easy and safe.
• Quiet hours are 10 PM to 7 AM to keep the building peaceful for everyone.
• The studio offers ski-in/ski-out access — snow conditions may vary early and late season.
• The fireplace is electric and controlled by remote for easy use.
• The hot tub area is shared with the building and may close briefly for maintenance during heavy snow days.
