Damage and Incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

Minimum age of primary renter: 30
- We require that you send a photo of your drivers' license and return a signed a rental agreement within 7 days of booking.
- This is strictly a family rental; no groups. If it is discovered that pets have been in the house, entire security deposit will be kept.
- If cancelled, we may partially refund your deposit less a $250 processing fee, if the period can be re-rented. (credited after the rental period)

We had been vacationing at the Jersey Shore for generations and decided to purchase in Townsend Inlet for its easy access to activities, restaurants and retail, while being in a less crowded, more family-friendly end of town. Our home is the perfect spot for families; a quick walk to everything from take-out to fine dining, convenience stores to surf shops, parasailing to playgrounds. We have continuously renovated and updated this home. You will find it meticulously maintained and well-equipped. The open layout with a shaded deck to enjoy the views is the perfect place to bring your family together.
