Steps from beautiful Hamilton Reservoir, this private one-bedroom guest apartment features its own entrance and is perfectly situated for a peaceful, comfortable, and convenient stay. Proud to have received over 50 5-star ratings on another booking site!

Please note that while we allow dogs, we cannot allow cats due to our own cats in the main house. We do not allow cats in the apartment, but if you are allergic to cats, you may not want this space.

The kitchen is equipped with a stove top, air fryer, toaster oven and microwave but please note there is no traditional oven.

We love the tranquility and the friendliness of our neighbors! About two years ago, we started hosting the basement inlaw through Airbnb and now VRBO. We've met many wonderful people through these stays, and have had many repeat guests!

We love the peace and privacy of the backyard, but also being so close to the Reservoir.
