Located on 250 Elizabeth Street, this popularly known simply as '250E' has internal access to arguably one of the largest shopping precincts in Melbourne, full of boutiques and designer showrooms that makes this building a paradise for shoppers!
Featuring a fully furnished, very spacious executive apartment (approx 60sq meters) with plenty of natural light. A large bedroom with built-in robes and stunning views! An open plan living and dining area, large kitchen area, quality fixtures and fittings, ducted heating and cooling and a full bathroom with euro laundry.
This two-bedroom apartment has a comfortable lounge room with windows and city views. The bright LIVING ROOM contains two comfortable sofa beds, a flat-screen TV, a coffee table and comfy cushions.
A gourmet KITCHEN complete with basic cooking items, such as pots and pans, kettle, microwave, fridge, induction stovetop, oven, toaster, cutlery, dining ware and some basic condiments for you to use. There is also a large pantry for you to store your pantry goods. Adjacent to the kitchen is the open plan living/dining area where there is a 4-seater dining table.
The master BEDROOM comes with a queen-sized bed (can be split into two, if requested) with side tables and lamps, clean luxury linens and all seasons quilts to keep you warm throughout the year. The second bedroom also contains a queen-sized bed fitted with high-quality linens and quilt. There is sufficient storage space for your belongings and hangers for your clothes in the mirrored built-in robes.
A stylish central BATHROOM with shower room, are stocked with body wash, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner for you and your group. We also provide toilet paper, bath towels, and mirrored cabinets for you to store your things. The LAUNDRY space features a washing machine & a dryer, detergent, an iron, and ironing board.
This apartment features security entrance, marble benchtops, and a 50 inch TV. FREE WIFI throughout your stay, available in all rooms. The WIFI details are in the manual provided. We also provide FREE LUGGAGE STORAGE in our office located at 601 Collins Street for early arrivals, etc.
