We chose this neighborhood because it offers the best of both worlds—easy access to amenities in Livingston while still being private and off the beaten path at the end of a quiet dirt road. The area also boasts amazing views and a true Montana ranch feel.
What makes this property unique
Our property is truly one-of-a-kind. We have a small herd of horses and free-range chickens, giving guests an authentic Montana vibe. Wildlife often passes through the property, adding to the natural charm. From the home, you can enjoy incredible views of four mountain ranges: the Gallatin Range, Absaroka Range, Crazy Mountains, and Bangtails.
