This cozy one-level home is designed for comfort and easy access— just a smooth layout all on the same floor. A great choice for guests looking for convenience and accessibility. Guests have full use of the entire home, with the exception of one locked storage closet. Everything listed in the amenities is provided for your stay.

Our home is surrounded by the charm of North Carolina’s natural setting. Enjoy local parks, rivers, and trails perfect for a peaceful walk or picnic. With that comes the chance of spotting local wildlife—like frogs, snakes, raccoons, rabbits or the occasional bug.
We have regular pest control, but if you’re outdoors, bug spray is a good idea. Guests who enjoy being close to nature will love it here!

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place all trash in the bin outside by the carport. If you check out on Thursday or Friday, please roll the green can to the mailbox.     
Place all used sheets, pillowcases & towels in one pile on the laundry room floor. No need to strip mattress or pillow protectors.
Load & start the dishwasher (detergent under the sink).Remember to sign out your streamming apps.Just lock the door and let us know.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
EARLY CHECK-IN/ LATE CHECK-OUT POLICY Availability depends on cleaning schedules and other guests. Fee of $35 must be paid before departure.
EXTRA GUEST POLICY If you bring additional guests, please reach out for approval before booking.     •    Extra guests: $50 per person, per night.

Great place, wonderful mattress in the master and great place all around. What looks like a little house is actually much bigger and set up nice. I was very comfortable in my stay. Nice, friendly neighborhood which was safe and cozy.
