Wonderful stay in lovely Philly rowhome!

I already loved Philly but I fell in love with its lifestyle when we stayed in this property! The house was spotless, spacious and easy to access. The patio was a dream coming from the city. It had everything you could ask for: from utensils to food to get us started upon our arrival. It is close to many amenities and tons of restaurants deliver food to your door. Helen is kind and shared with me many valuable insights. I would come back in a hearbeat!

Hello!
Most of the year we live right here. Charlie is a teacher in a middle school right near our house and I am a kindergarten classroom assistant in South Philly. We lived in Ormond by the Sea for 3 years but ended up coming back to our city, our 4 children and our 17 grandchildren! Now, in the summer we head off to Florida to be with family, kind of like reverse snowbirds!
Things we love: children, cooking, learning, photography, friends, the ocean, good wine and craft beer (which is in abundance here)
I do love to give suggestions for restaurants and things to do, so ask away!
Finally, we are always excited to learn about your own good time in our home and neighborhood. If you make any amazing discoveries, let us know!!
I am available by phone 7am-10pm, 7 days a week (Phone number hidden by Homeaway)

Why they chose this property

This used to be a full time rental for us and then we moved in and love it!

What makes this property unique

We are so close to everything by public transportation although, if you have a car, it is not difficult to find a parking space near the house
