ALL TRAVELERS WELCOME. Near Philly, Liberty Bell, Temple University, Independence Hall, EAGLES STADIUM, PHILLIES STADIUM, MAJOR HOSPITALS, Cherry Hill, and Moorestown area. Near Riverton Yacht Club - fishing. Golfing - (Riverton Country Club, Pennsauken Country Club, Ron Jaworski's Riverwinds Golf & Tennis Club). 11 car parking lot (RV's, boats, cars, trucks, etc.) Plenty of room for all vehicles. 4 Flat screen 4k smart TV's (4 total). Fully furnished - Kitchen (Air fryer, knife set, Keurig, Coffee drip, toaster, microwave, Island w/bar stools, cutting board, utensils, healthy nonstick pots and pans, cooking utensils). Security system Beautiful Balcony - (Enjoy a morning cup of coffee and the beautiful night sky while the planes fly by without the noise of the planes). Very peaceful at night. Fully furnished 2 full bathrooms. REC room with futon. Dining room table and set.

The entire place was spotless, roomy and well equipped with the necessities. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were updated and clean. It's convenient to grocery stores and not far from Philly. The neighborhood is charming and cafes and old style luncheonettes are minutes away. The host was polite and accommodating.

We had an excellent stay at Riverton Estates and enjoyed the perfect holiday visit with family and friends. The home was clean, comfortable, and very well equipped, with a fully stocked kitchen, multiple smart TVs, and plenty of space for everyone to relax. The location was ideal — close to Philadelphia attractions and stadiums. We especially enjoyed visiting Center City for the New Year’s Day Mummers Parade, which was easy to get to from the property. The parking was a huge bonus, with plenty of room for multiple vehicles. Even with the nearby airport, the nights were peaceful and quiet, and the balcony was a great spot to unwind. Overall, a wonderful stay — we would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

The house was exceptionally clean and exuded a cozy atmosphere, with clear directions for access both to the property and from the road. However, the master suite could benefit from some improvements; specifically, a larger bed would be advantageous. Though my husband and I are not large individuals, we found the bed to be rather cramped, with insufficient space for both of us, particularly as our feet extended beyond the edge of the bed. Nevertheless, the room and the bathroom were both clean.Regarding the heating system in the house, this issue may be more related to user error. While the rest of the house maintained a comfortable warmth, the master bedroom was noticeably cold. Our son, who stayed in an upstairs room, found his space to be pleasantly warm.On one occasion, at 1:00 in the morning, my husband and I were abruptly awakened by a disturbing odor. I initially feared that the house might be on fire; however, my husband, being a police officer, suggested that it resembled the smell of someone cooking, although he clarified that it was not anything we would consume. I speculated that the odor might have originated from the heating system activating, as it had a burning smell associated with the coils. When we awakened again at 3:00 A.M. to the persistent smell, we found it difficult to return to sleep.

We had a wonderful stay visiting family. The home was comfortable. Owner was very communicative and allowed for early check in. We also ended up bringing 2 more of our children that were not initially scheduled to go and he did not charge us an additional fee or give us any issues. We had a most pleasant experience and would definitely stay here again.

Jerry was very quick to respond! The house is beautiful. Check in and out was very easy. So many things to do in the area. Only thing is wish it had a bigger bed! Will definitely be returning.

The kitchen could have more dishes. We washed everything by hand so as not to run the dishwasher nearly empty.

The only issue (small issue at that) I had with the house was the kitchen. It had just the bare bones necessities. Bring your spices and oils, as there is none avaliable. No paper towel either. If you aren't planning on cooking, then no worries, as the house is amazing.

We have a great stay at Riverton Estates. The location was perfect for our needs. It was a wonderful place to relax after long days. Nice to have a patio to sit out on. The place was well stocked with everything we needed. Jerry was a gracious host and answered any questions we had.

This is a lovely place and the host is great. There are a lot of narrow stairs and no bathroom upstairs, which was a bit tough at night. We were there with an 86 year old so it was necessary to give him the downstairs bedroom. If I was only using the bottom floor it would have been perfect. The home is beautiful and the kitchen is well stocked with equipment. There was a keurig with cups set out nicely but no actual coffee so bring your own. Convenient to all Philadelphia attractions although it is in NJ, which through me off, but it worked out really well.

It is a beautiful home. Has everything you need. We enjoyed our time there. We only had 2 issues and i am not sure his employees told him about the 2nd one. 1st was when we 1st got there. My husband had to use the bathroom so he went right up, i took my dog around to see where was her potty area. She did a no.2 and i wasnt prepared yet so i was waiting for my husband for a bag. He took a few mins. I finally walked to where i could see the car at least. Found him, told him, he got a bag...crisis averted. After we unpacked i had a msg and it was from the owner asking if i would clean up after my dog. I was upset. I went out of my way to not go upstairs myself with her till it was cleaned up, but someone watching didnt see i picked it up? I hadnt been inside? I was offended.2nd thing was it had advertised there is a washer and dryer to use. We searched all over for the door to a basement and couldnt figure it out. It was all locked. We ran into a couple who work for the owner and found out yes theres laundry...the door was just locked. They would tell the owner and he would unlock it when he got home. They said they would tell him to msg me when he had done that. So none of that happened. No msg from owner, no washer or dryer to use. Otherwise it was a beautiful place!

Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade

The balcony is wonderful. In the morning and/or the evening. The experiences experienced are never the same.
I chose this neighborhood because I graduated from Palmyra high school. This area is close to Philadelphia, New York and Atlantic City. You can enjoy the city life and come back to a nice, calm peaceful estate without the hustle and bustle of the city life. With the 11 car parking lot, parking is never an issue, which gave me a peace of mind. Also, the riverine is only a 5 minute walk. With all kinds of restaurants, supermarkets and the Cherry Hill Mall nearby, buying this home was a no brainer. I am truly blessed to offer my home to you.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

With the 11 car parking lot and the balcony. Parking is never an issue. The balcony is outright gorgeous. Also, in the kitchen, there is an island for family fun and conversation. A whole recreational room for movies and gaming is made available, for your enjoyment. The dining room has a portable wine bar as well. The house over all is comfortable and a 10 out of 10, without any worries. I welcome you to The Riverton Estates.
