The villa features three air-conditioned bedrooms. The master bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom, while the other two share a second bathroom. Each bedroom has its own entrance, ensuring excellent privacy — perfect for families or groups of friends traveling together.

Located within walking distance of Coral Estate Centre, guests have easy access to restaurants, a bakery, and a dive center. Cleaning, bed linen, and towels are included in the price. Upon arrival, the accommodation is fully cleaned, the beds are made, and towels and beach towels are provided. During your stay, the accommodation is cleaned every 3–4 days, the beds are changed, and you will receive fresh towels and beach towels.
At Coral Estate Rentals, we want every guest to enjoy a peaceful and comfortable stay. Smoking is only allowed outdoors, pets are not permitted, and we ask you to respect quiet hours between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. To keep the serene atmosphere, parties and events aren’t allowed. A refundable deposit is required at check-in (cash or credit card). Water and electricity are included, with normal air conditioning use of about 8-12 hours a day.
