Endless Summer house was great!

Very clean, well-maintained property that included everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The property managers were great and we loved the Cape Coral area. Will be back for sure!

Property for our first time was very good. It is dated with things such as 25 year old intercoms as example but very comfortable. Pool nice size and only thing could have been one or two degrees warmer for that time of year need better instructions on tv usage overall met our needs very well and good value for price

Great rental!

The whole family really enjoyed our visit to the Endless Summer home. The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Lots of room to stretch out. We especially loved the pool and hot tub. Would definitely recommend this home.

I couldn’t have asked for more! Not a single thing I’d change! ❤️

The check in process was smooth and flawless, the home was gorgeous and provided for every little and big need we had including coffee and a complimentary bottle of wine upon arrival. We stayed a week and I hated to leave!! I’ll most likely return next summer! ❤️

Amazing Stay!

I can’t rave enough about our stay at this house. The owners have fully stocked this home for family comfort: a game table filled with all the classics, plenty of pool floaties and kid items, FULLY stocked kitchen, plenty of towels... I could go on and on! The property managers were the sweetest and very attentive, without being bothersome. I will say this, the house was better in person than in the pictures. Our family of 8 had more than enough room to spread our legs and lounge around. The pool and jacuzzi were perfection. We spent all day in the pool and didn’t leave feeling chlorinated. We only stayed 4 nights/ 5 days, but next time we will make sure it’s a full week. Very relaxing home!

Endless Summer was Better than expected

We rented the Endless Summer home March 2-9, 2019. We were very pleased with the home! We loved the pool and the hot tub especially! We felt that the beds were comfortable, the house was very clean and had everything we needed to make this our home for the week. There was plenty of out door seating for meals and lounging. The location is great and loved that it was on the canals. It is in a quiet neighborhood; We felt safe going on walks at night. I felt that the owner went over and above as far as meeting our needs. I contacted Sandy from Cape Coral Property Services to inquire if we could rent a pack-n-play for the week. She checked with the home owner and not only did the home owner provide us with a pack-n-play but also a high chair at no extra cost to us! Sandy and her husband Les were great to work with! They were very kind and available if we needed anything. We would definitely consider staying here again! Thank you for a memorable week!

The home definitely met our expections. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our vacation.

The pictures of the home were the reason we chose this property. Our family enjoyed the pool, spa, the canal view, and the quiet, private and pleasant neighborhood. The layout of the home was great for our group of 4 adults and 2 children. it was centrally located and close to restaurants and shopping. The book was very helpful for information about the area. There was only one extra garbage bag in the kitchen and no dish rag, but otherwise, the home was well furnished. The bingo game was especially enjoyed by the grandchildren. The weather was absolutely perfect and the city of Cape Coral was perfect for our family vacation. We will definitely consider repeating our vacation at that location.

This house is not ready to be rented. It is missing basic amenities needed by potential renters.

The pictures of the house I rented on VRBO which was warm, nicely furnished and “homey” were totally different from house we entered on December 29, 2018. They had to have been pictures when it had a previous owner. We had five issues with the property relating to: * Furniture (what is there is too big and heavy. What is not there is significant - no end tables, lamps, coffee table or sufficient light). The property managers got us two end tables for inside and outside (I used a waste paper basket turned upside down until they purchased them). We carried the one light provided in large room to other rooms if we wanted to read there. * Internet - it was impossible to have WIFI more than ten feet from the router, and so it didn’t work out by pool or in master bedroom. I had to use my personal hotspot on my iPhone to do business and it cost me in data usage. The message “you are not connected” happened at least ten times daily. * TV - The property managers brought us a new TV the second day we were there as the TV was being interrupted with music and upgrading messages. Although the new one didn’t do that as often, it was difficult to synchronize and adjust the sound. Also, only limited basic channels are provided and so my husband could not watch any sports programs ( which he loves) unless they were on the Fox Sport channel. We had to go to neighbors homes to watch some of the NFL playoff games or not see sports at all. * Kitchen - We had to borrow cookware and dishes from neighbors in order to cook when we first got there. The only glass item was a measuring cup and it’s hard to microwave using that. I went out and purchased a glass bowl so that I could prepare food. The property managers bought some glass fruit bowls, nesting bowls, a large frying pan and large pot for us. Because the silverware and dishware is so limited (serving items and serving silverware are non-existent!) we had to wash plates and silver after each meal and sometimes during the meal itself. It’s impossible to entertain as there are so many basic kitchen items missing. *Pool - Since my husband is older and needs daily exercise, we were promised before I signed the lease that the pool would be 86 degrees controlled by the owner The pool got to 84 degrees once during the first five weeks and usually hovered around 74 degrees. After the pool doctor came, we did enjoy 86 degree pool temperature for our last two weeks there and it was wonderful. Thank you!

Restored my faith in vacations.

I hadn't taken a vacation in years and was skeptical booking a house instead of a hotel. Let me tell you, I am so happy I did. The house had all the amenities that I needed plus some I didn't but was glad it came with them. Everything is listed so I don't want to repeat the listing, but when you first enter you're greeted with a book of the surrounding area. That alone was a great gesture. I plan on returning yearly.

Great Spot For A Relaxing Vacation

House was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We watched boaters on the canal, relaxed in the pool and hot tub, all while grilling and eating on the lanai. Nice place. Managers were attentive and prompt, but we did not need their services. Everything went perfectly.

Lovely, spacious and convenient home

We were very impressed with this home the moment we drove into the driveway. It's a very beautiful, quiet and spacious home. The layout of the home was perfect for a group of 8. The pool area was very spacious and relaxing where we can also view the canal and the kids fishing. The manager of the home were very nice and helpful. Check in was quick to the point as well as check out. All questions were answered through email or phone call as well as a book that was provided to show all attractions and things to do around the area. We loved our stay. Thank you so much!
