Our beautiful condo has been reimagined, from top to bottom, with the latest coastal design trends that reflect luxury coastal living at its best! Everything has been replaced or upgraded. Our design goal was to create a relaxing, stress-free, beach-house feel using a soft palette of colors and shades, faux-wood vinyl plank flooring, modern and well equipped kitchen and bathrooms, supple leather furnishings, textured accents, and new lighting throughout, From the moment you arrive, you'll feel revived by the radiance of the condo and alluring gulf views presented throughout the living areas, master bedroom, and outdoor balcony. You'll not want to leave.

Ocean Reef is known for its spacious balconies, an outdoor living space, where everyone can converse, enjoy a meal or drinks, read that latest novel, or entertain your guests, all while listening to the waves splash ashore and gaze at the beautiful emerald coast with majestic sunsets. Our balcony includes a cushioned conversational set with sofa, coffee table, end tables, and arm chairs with throw pillows. It also features a wood dining table with seating for four.

The living room is designed for comfort and provides gulf-views with seating for everyone including a large sleeper sofa, two arm chairs, and two cloth, bean bag seats. Enjoy movies and sporting events on the large, high-resolution, wall-mounted Smart-TV. The kitchen is completely remodeled and showcases custom cabinets; spacious extra white, single profile, quartz countertops; new stainless appliances; coffee maker; and updated water fixture. The breakfast bar provides seating for four. The dining area includes an elegant chandelier and modern, round, dining table and chairs that seats four.

We designed a master bedroom that you could lounge in all day. It's perfect for a full nights sleep, daytime nap, or enjoyment with a book on a lazy morning. Relax in the king-size bed, with comfy mattress, while enjoying infinite views of the gulf. The bedroom features an opulent, wood-slat, accented backdrop with wall-mounted sconce lamps. A Smart-TV is included for enjoyment of late night movies, talk shows, etc. until you drift off to a sound nights sleep. The private en-suite features a combination shower/tub with beautiful tile surrounds and convenient double vanity.

A spacious guest bedroom provides a king-size bed, two night stands, hutch, and private entrance to the guest bathroom. The guest bath includes combination shower/tub and single vanity. Both bathrooms feature updated vanities, matching quartz countertops, stylish mirrors, and most importantly an abundance of lighting.

For your convenience, a separate dedicated laundry room includes large capacity, side-by-side, washer and dryer. A beach wagon is included for easy hauling of your beach gear to and from the beach.

Ocean Reef is located on the west side of Panama City Beach close to entertaining venues and shopping. The complex is situated directly on the beach and features over 330 feet of pristine beach with seasonal beach-chair service. Off beach, it includes two pools, one beach-front pool with large hot tub and a second indoor seasonally heated pool with steam room. Other amenities include an exercise room equipped with cardio equipment and sauna. Perfectly located and within short walking distance you'll enjoy a beach-front restaurant (Runaway Island) with outdoor beach-front seating and bar. Just across the street enjoy a coffee and donut shop, snack bar, large Alvin's Island gift store, Hidden Lagoon go-carts and mini-golf, and more.

Ocean Reef is within very short driving distance (~1.5 miles) to the famous Pier Park entertainment, restaurant, and shopping district with over 1 million square feet of enjoyment. Visit Dolly Parton's Pirate's Voyage dinner show, ride on the ferris wheel at sunset, hit some golf balls at TopGolf, or stroll around and shop in the many unique clothing stores and gift shops. Several delicious seafood restaurants, candy stores, ice cream shops, etc. are all located within Pier Park.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: Occupancy Limit is no more than 6 guests in unit. You must be age 25 or older to book and you must be present at check-in and during the stay. Pets are not allowed and will result in removal from property. This is a NON-SMOKING resort, not even on the balcony. If you plan on smoking throughout your vacation, please book a different property. Smoking can result in removal from property and loss of deposit. Quiet hours are to be abided by, no loud music, no parties, no large gatherings permitted. You must respect your neighbors right to enjoyment of their balcony. Rental Property Manager will require a signed rental agreement, indicating your agreement to the rental terms, conditions, and rules. Rental Manager may require your ID for guest verification, local, legal, or building security reasons. The Rental Property Manager as well as building association staff are on-site to insure rules and terms are being followed.
