Parties, receptions, and events are not allowed. This home is in a peaceful residential neighborhood. As per local ordinance, loud music or noise after 10 PM is strictly prohibited. Failure to follow this rule may result in immediate cancellation of your reservation.

🔒 Safety & Security
Your safety is important to us:
- Security cameras: 2 at the front of the house, 2 in the backyard
- Smoke detectors, fire extinguisher & first aid kit
- No cameras inside the house or facing indoor areas

🛄 Maintenance
- Pool is serviced twice a week
- Landscaping occurs every two weeks, if you see someone outside, don’t worry—it’s a scheduled service and won’t affect your stay.

🚽 Trash & Recycling
- Trash pickup: Monday & Thursday (Miami-Dade)
Green bin = trash / Blue bin = recycling. If you’re home on pickup day, kindly place bins curbside. Otherwise, our cleaning team will handle it after checkout.

🐜 Tropical Climate Advisory
Florida’s tropical weather can attract bugs. We spray regularly, but please keep doors closed to help minimize them indoors.

We are not responsible for package deliveries or items left behind after checkout.

Please note there is no lifeguard on duty. Guests use the pool at their own risk. The homeowners are not liable for any accidents, drowning, or injuries related to pool use. Children must be supervised at all times.

🔑 Check-In & Access
You’ll be able to access the home using your personalized door code.
For your safety, detailed entry instructions will be sent the morning of your arrival.

There are 6 private parking spots available directly in front of the house.
Street parking is not allowed.

Guests have full access to the entire home, including all outdoor spaces:

- The home is exclusively yours during your stay.

Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee—just let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

🌿 Maintenance & House Rules
In Florida, it’s common for pool technicians and landscapers to access the backyard through the side gate without disturbing guests.
Please don’t be alarmed if you see someone working in the yard during your stay.
