Villa San Giò, built in the 16th Century, lies in the middle of the enchanting landscape of the Sabina Tiberina, in Collevecchio, and your position above the hills of the Sabina gives breathtaking views!

The Villa San Giovanni owes its name to Saint John, who also dedicated the chapel inside the villa. As a further attraction, the park of the villa houses an almost 400 year old holm oak.

In 2005 the villa was rebuilt so that it is ready for guests to relax as an agriturismo.

A part of the building has created comfortable, independent apartments and a common room. The apartments are designed for either 2-3 people or up to 4 (up to 5) people.

Limonaia: Holiday apartment by the pool with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, a kitchen cupboard and a private garden with a view of the valley. The apartment is equipped with antique furniture and air conditioning. The large apartment can be divided into 2 smaller, independent apartments and can be rented individually.
