Please note that New York City's heating season is until the end of May. Beginning around mid-April, we will install window Air Conditioning in the apartment. Please let us know if you would like to request an earlier installation!



Guest Access:

The guest should enter the building named The Tempo at 240 W 73rd St, New York, NY 10023. After entering the building, you will take the elevators on the right side up to the 11th floor. It is here that you will find your apartment #1120. Use the key you were given to open your unit door.
