The detached villa, renovated in 2013, is rustic and furnished in the typical local style. The property is located in a residential area on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is popular due to the view from the property of the mountains and its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: sunshade, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, pavilion, and garden furniture.

Your holiday house
Your villa consists of 2 floors, 5 rooms (from which 4 bedrooms), is 140 sqm. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your villa can be heated with central heating. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room 4 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. Kitchenette in the living room with dishwasher, electric cooker (4 plates), oven, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine and toaster. 3 bathrooms each with shower and WC. Bathroom with bathtub, WC and hairdryer.
In addition, your villa is equipped with WLAN- internet access and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Drivenik. The villa is located on an enclosed garden plot. The landlord lives in the house. Access is via a side road. Parking (for 3 cars) on the property.
