On the upper floor the living / dining area with adjoining kitchenette, a new shower room / toilet and a double bedroom. Another bedroom with 2 single beds is in the attic. The apartment has cable TV, mini system or Radio, W-Lan, dishwasher, a balcony to the south with garden furniture, as well as your own sun bed with a sundeck, protected behind the house. approx. 60 sqm.
