About this property

Moin and welcome to the Watt4U apartment!

Just to the left you will find the spacious shower room with walk-in summer rain shower, washstand and toilet. Directly opposite is the first bedroom with a double bed plus a large wall unit incl. Flat-screen TV. Thanks to coated curtains, the windows can be darkened quickly and easily.

One door down from the hallway is the second bedroom with a double bed and an additional desk. Here too you have plenty of storage space thanks to a large wall unit. The curtains also provide quick and easy blackout. A flat-screen TV on the wall also rounds off the offer.

Passing the storage room with washing machine and dryer, it goes into the spacious living-dining area with access to the terrace and garden. There is plenty of space here to enjoy the beautiful weather of the North Sea! You can linger comfortably from the comfortable couch or the relaxing armchair. A large flat-screen TV plus hi-fi system ensure sufficient entertainment. The large, full-fledged kitchen makes a very high-quality impression and leaves nothing to be desired.

The apartment is completely barrier-free and equipped with underfloor heating, curtains and free WiFi. They also have a marked parking space and a basement for your bicycles.

Sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung. Die Ausstattung ist super und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Lage ist top. Der Garten ist nicht einsehbar, so dass man auch gemütlich draußen sitzen kann.

Tolle moderne, saubere Wohnung mit großzügiger Terrasse und Garten. Ideal für eine Familie mit zwei Kindern. Schnelle Wege zum Supermarkt, Schwimmbad, Deich und Strand. Ein perfekter Urlaub, wenn das Wetter besser gewesen wäre..😉

Familienurlaub

Schöne Lage, aber sehr ruhig und wenig für Teenager. Schöner Garten, alles vorhanden bis auf Bettwäsche, die muss mitgebracht oder gegen Gebühr geliehen werden.
