Constructed in 2023, this two story spacious home spans nearly 2,000 sqft with plenty of parkings.

🅿️ Carport can accommodate up to 4 cars. Enough street parking provided.

Guests can access the whole house except for a storage room downstairs for our cleaners. A carport detached for parking up to 2-4 cars. Abundant street parking is provided.

Safe and quiet residential neighborhood near hospitals and schools. Since we’re close to the hospital, you might occasionally hear sirens or even a helicopter overhead—consider it part of the “city soundtrack”!

Greenwood is a pet-friendly home and we do our best to keep everything spotless, including removing pet hair—but if you or someone in your group has a strong pet allergy, just something to keep in mind before booking!
- Greenwood House is strictly smoke-free: no smoking, vaping, cannabis, candles, or incense inside or outside.

** Smoke or marijuana usage is prohibited. A fine of $300 will be applied if there is sign/or smell of marijuana use on the premises.

- Use BBQ grill safely. Do not leave it unattended and turn the grill & propane tank button when not in use. Clean and recover after use for our following guests.

- Please make sure the cover is always on the hot tub when not in use. DO NOT spill any food or drinks inside the hot tub to avoid fines.

- Be cautious with food and drinks to prevent stains on our light-colored furniture and bedding.

- Use the black make-up washcloths provided. Do not stain white towels with makeup.

- Only toilet paper in the toilet. No tampons, Q-tips, pads, flushable wipes, etc.

- Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 9 AM. Please respect our neighbors.

- No parties allowed. Only the guests on your reservation are permitted during your stay.

- No chunky food into the kitchen food disposal.

- Keep the backyard door closed at all times.
