Landhaus Jacobs Vacation Home.
North Sea – Jadebusen, Lower Saxony, Wesermarsch.
Our house, a traditional Gulfhaus typical of the region and a former farmhouse, is situated in a quiet, secluded location, surrounded by meadows and waterways near the dike line of southern Jadebusen.
The vacation home with a terrace, which sleeps 3 people (max. 2 adults), is situated under old chestnut trees right next to the main house. An approximately 5,000-square-meter meadow awaits you—and your dogs are welcome, too (by arrangement, max. 2 dogs). Cats are not permitted.
The vacation home also includes a carport.
The entire property is additionally fenced in.
Unwind from the stress of everyday life and enjoy the peace and quiet in an (almost) traffic-free environment. And if you do happen to get bored—there are plenty of options for excursions and activities on land and water in the surrounding area. Bremen, Bremerhaven, Oldenburg, Wilhelmshaven, and the East Frisian Islands are all within easy reach.

To make your stay even more enjoyable, we’ve prepared a fenced-in meadow of approximately 5,000 square meters so you can relax in the sun, romp around with your four-legged friends, or watch them play.
From the vacation home’s terrace, you have direct access to the meadow (including for your dogs).
