Due to the proximity of the mountains and desert nature, the home may have visits from various desert critters. We ask that guests leave doors closed to avoid their entry into the home.

Getting Around:

Casa Grande is a quick five minute drive or thirty minute walk to downtown Palm Springs' shopping, nightlife, and fine dining. Even better, Casa Grande is a ten minute walk to some of Palm Springs' most popular hang out spots in South Palm Springs such as MICHELIN recommended Bar Cecil, Mister Lyon's, V and the Ace Hotel, and is also near world-class golfing and a large variety of hiking trails. Casa Grande is ideal for those who seek the ultimate luxury getaway with the whole group staying together, such as family holidays, corporate retreats or friends getaways.



Interaction with Guests:

Per the City of Palm Springs, all adult guests (18 years and older) are required to read and provide written acknowledgment the Palm Springs Good Neighbor Brochure prior to gaining access to the rental property. A copy of these policies will be sent upon confirmation of your reservation. The primary guest is also required to provide details for all vehicles of guests staying at the property.



Local regulations require that the property manager meets you within 24 hours of your arrival to verify your identity and review local ordinances. We will reach out to assist in scheduling a virtual check-in. Once these items are addressed we will send information to access your rental home.

House Rules and Notes

- No parties or events of any kind allowed on property

- No more than 6 cars at the house at any time

- Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Registered person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.

- No smoking

- No pickleball on the tennis court



No music or sound from sound-producing devices (TV's, Cell Phones, Radios, etc.) are permitted outside the home per local ordinance at any time. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 10am.



Pool and Spa Heating- ADDON

Optional pool and spa heating is available for an additional $80 per night. We recommend adding this service between October and May to ensure the water temperature is comfortable during your stay. If you would like to include pool heat, please notify us at least 72 hours prior to your arrival, as some pools may require up to 48 hours to reach the desired temperature of 86 degrees.
