About this property

Sunny city apartment in Kempten - center

Right on Rathausplatz + view!
The shopping mile is on the doorstep, as are many small cafes and restaurants. A parking garage (for a fee) is approx. 250m away.
The room has large south-facing windows (French Balconies) which makes it nice and sunny all day long!
The room is completely new and of high quality
For the guests there is a nice big kitchen in the atrium with coffee machine + bar + TV. However, it is not possible to cook in the kitchen due to the development of smells - there is a microwave for heating food ... as well as a kettle and a coffee machine (tea and coffee + milk + sugar is for free .. !!) In the rooms there are own refrigerators + hair dryers + 50 inch TV! One bathroom has a toilet and a large shower - the other has a toilet and washing facility. You live here like in a hotel at "star level".
Opposite - in 50 mtr. Distance is the "Sissi" ... here my guests can have breakfast and feast on house terms:

This is a bit smaller and costs 5 euros less per night!
The bathroom / toilet and the atrium kitchen are shared - you should only book one of these rooms with other guests!
However, this works without any problems since every room has a fridge, hair dryer, dressing table ... etc. Is provided. So you don't get in the way!
Important ...... the prices always refer to 2 people! For every additional person 15 euros will be added!

Sehr zentral, alles fußläufig erreichbar.

Sehr saubere Unterkunft und sehr hilsbereite und freundliche Vermieter. Die Mitbewohner waren sehr laut. Erst nach klopfen an die Wand, (ca. 4:00 Uhr), wurde es gegen 4:30 Uhr erträglich. Das liegt aber nicht in der Verantwortung des Vermieters. Auf den Umstand der Gemeinschaftstoilette und Gememeinschaftsbad könnte aber besser hingewiesen werden. Ansonsten "Alles bestens"

Gemeinschaftspraxis

Das Zimmer sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet aber leider mit Glastür.Wir hatten einen sehr netten Empfang . Hätten wir gewusst das es ein Gemeinschaftsbad gibt hätten wir eine andere Unterkunft gebucht. Dieses war im Inserat nicht beschrieben.

Das ist leider nicht richtig......das Gemeinschaftsbad war angegeben.....ebenso ist die Milchglastüre auf dem Foto zu sehen! Aber das ist ja völlig normal.....man muss halt einfach irgendwo einen Kritikpunkt finden......Leider!

Beste Lage

Für einen Kurztrip nach Kempten war die Unterkunft optimal. Alles ist zu Fuß zu erreichen, die Wohnung selbst sauber und klar eingerichtet. Das weitere Büroräume und eine Praxis vom Flur/ Küchenbereich abgehen, war zwar irritierend aber nicht weiter schlimm, da keiner da war.

Lage ideal , Parken schlecht

Wir hatten das Glück, das weder Publikumsverkehr da war noch das zweite Zimmer belegt war, von daher konnten wir die zentrale Lage genießen
