I Velieri by Theater Home, with marvellous lake view

The apartment "I Velieri" is located in Tignale (Gardola), in a panoramic and quiet position at approx. 7 km from the lake. Recently built, it is furnished with excellent taste and has every comfort, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. From the balcony that runs throughout the apartment you can enjoy the fantastic view of Lake Garda and Monte Baldo. Guests have access to a small furnished garden and a parking space. At approx. 300 m is the center of Gardola where there are restaurants, pizzerias, shops etc. at approx. 2 km the municipal swimming pool (free for our customers) and the Alto Garda Park Visitor Center. A few minutes by car or with the transfer (free for our customers) we reach the "Pra dela Fam" beach.

The apartment is about 80 square meters and can accommodate from 2 to 4 people. It has a living room with exposed beams, a kitchenette, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower, a balcony and a small garden with a lake view. Comforts include a kitchen (4 burners and extractor fan), microwave oven, fridge, freezer, electric oven, German coffee maker, kettle, toaster, wi-fi, washing machine, a parking space and outdoor furniture.

Sport and health: outdoor pool 2 km away, tennis court 500 mt away, mountain-bike (possibility to rent them in the Tabaccheria Ferrero), sailing and surfing at about 7 km at the Port of Tignale. Golf about 13 km away at Golf Bogliaco.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit genialem Blick!

Die Unterkunft hat die beste Lage und ist sehr schön geschnitten. Der Ausblick ist traumhaft schön. Die Nachbarn sind alle sehr nett. Couch durchgesessen, Relaxsessel schmutzig.

Uns hat besonders die Lage gefallen, Ruhe und kurze Wege ins kleine Zentrum. Die Wohnung ist groß, hell und luftig. Es ist so, wie beschrieben! Bitte die Ausstattung der Küche überprüfen, z.B. Menge des Geschirrs und besonders das Alter der Töpfe. Diese haben wir nicht benutzt, wegen dem Zustand.

Wunderschöner Seeblick trifft voll zu!

Unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe. Herrliche Lage und Seesicht. Sehr gut aufgeteilte und ausgestattete Wohnung. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir und unser Hund kommen gerne wieder. Die Sauberkeit könnte an einigen Stellen noch verbessert werden. Besonders das Besteck benötigte noch eine gründliche Reinigung. Leider gibt es in der Wohnung keinen Geschirrspüler. Mir ist aber klar, dass beim Mieterwechsel die Zeit für die Reinigung knapp ist … von daher kein großes Minus.

Geräumige Wohnung mit Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern und traumhaftem Ausblick

Es hat alles super und reibungslos geklappt! Das Vermietungsbüro im Ort wollte keine Kaution, die Nummer der Kreditkarte hat ausgereicht! Der Vermieter, der gleich nebenan wohnt, hat uns gleich an der Wohnung empfangen - die Familie war sehr nett und unser Sohn durfte von dem Baum die leckeren Aprikosen pflücken! Es gibt in der Wohnung sogar 2 Bäder mit Dusche, WC und Bidet. Die Wohnung war immer angenehm temperiert! Was vielleicht auch gut ist zu wissen ist, es gibt 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt ein tolles Schwimmbad mit einer kleinen Wiese und angenehmen Preisen. Es war nie voll dort! Wir würden immer wieder kommen! Ein richtiger Ofen wäre schön gewesen, aber auch mit dem kleinen Grillofen hat alles gut funktioniert!

Die Ferienwohnung hat eine perfekte Lage und ist schön eingerichtet. Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.
