Situated absolutely tranquil on a 20000m2 plot of land, only 5 minutes from the village of Manacor. Various sandy beaches can be reached within 15 carminutes.

Finca Alegra is equipped with a modern and complete kitchen, including a dishwasher, microwave and oven. In addition, the finca has a washing machine, dryer, shower with hydromassage, as well as satellite TV and stereo system in the living room. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom, downstairs there is a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom.

Wonderful outside areas with more than complete outside kitchen and childrens playground. Lot's of shaded terraces. One bathroom with shower. Table tennis available.
