Upon entering from the pool-side terrace is the living/dining room with inner archway to a quiet seating area. The spacious lounge has satellite TV, CD player and a doorway to the side patio/ sun terrace, partly shaded lawns and gardens. The modern pine fitted kitchen has microwave, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, electric oven/gas hob and granite work-top, whilst a large utility room houses the washing machine and table tennis table. One attractive twin bedroom has a bathroom en-suite. From the hall a tiled staircase leads up to the landing. The master bedroom has en-suite shower room and private doorway to the upper sun terrace with far reaching unspoilt countryside views. There are two more bedrooms on this floor: One comfortable twin bedroom and a further double bedroom with a sun terrace and both with their bathrooms en-suite. Air conditioning in all bedrooms running on a timer with a set schedule.

Adjoining the house is an open fronted casita with brick built BBQ and covered dining area. Adjacent to the poolside lawn (approx 100m2) the superb mozaic tiled swimming pool with Roman steps has spacious sun terraces, set amidst mature colourful, lavender scented floodlit gardens. To one corner of the garden is a further lawn (approx 100m2) shaded by an ancient Algarobe tree, a ideal area for children to play or a shaded relaxing area. Before your BBQ, enjoy an evening cocktail watching the sun set agaist distant mountains - an unforgetable memory. The unspoilt village of Cas Concos is only two minutes drive away or a ten minute stroll.

Children are welcome, one cot and one high chair is available free on request. Second cot/highchair on request.
