Inside is a large fully equipped kitchen and large family/dining room to spread out & watch TV, do a puzzle, read book.

Want to get on the water there are 2 boat ramps within 5 miles but do note there is not water access from backyard but your welcome to Drive/Walk .5 miles from the home for lake access for fishing/swimming etc. There is a sandy beach area to enjoy but ask prior to booking the lake level if this is what you are looking for as Central Texas has been through droughts and floods over the years which can affect the island.
