The home offers a spacious living room with a 50" smart tv, space to use as a private office, well-appointed kitchen, dining room and a screened east-facing porch for morning coffee. The property's fenced back yard offers a view of the shared pond, provides privacy, features a gas grill and offers an area to gather with outdoor seating for family dinners after a long day of memory making.
