Will stay here again

The condo was amazing. Great views, quiet, pool, hot tub and close beach access. Spent most of the time on the patio when in the room.

great unit with a great view

We stayed for a few days in May of 2024. The unit was clean and well appointed. The beach is a short walk away and is beautiful. The rooftop patio give an even better view. We will certainly return.

Great Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay at Indies. The reason not a 5 star on condition or cleanliness was the couch had a stain and looked like it needed cleaning. The bath tub could use some extra cleaning too. We love Ft. Morgan beach it's family oriented and just a nice area. The only thing you do have to drive back to Gulf Shores to go to nice restaurants. I would recommend staying here!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the community feel. The ice cream truck even circles around. The only issues we had was the Fobs for the pool and top of the roof entry. Those did not work at all ever! Other guests had to let us in. I would recommend a new process for that cause when you have small children and your arms loaded and the key fob won’t work it is very frustrating. However, it is a wonderful place to stay.

Quick Trip Pre 4th of July

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the condo is great. The view from the balcony is beautiful and the furniture outside is very nice. The check in/check out process is very smooth. The living room furniture is very worn and very dirty. One of the chairs is broken. The floors in the entire condo were very dirty. The description of the condo says it sleeps six, but that doesn’t seem possible. The bunks are tiny and were very uncomfortable for our teenager.

Family trip

The condo is nice, the view while washing dishes was nice! The floors need to be scrubbed and the mop if that’s what is used to mop the floors needs to be trashed and a new one bought! There should be 2 vobs. The bedroom needs blackout curtains since they have a light right outside the window. The dresser is too much takes away space to walk! Loved the bunk beds, my 17 yo and 18yo slept just fine on them! The door to bathroom sucked we hated that sliding one! The room has a very nice balcony we were able to sit on it during the storms and just enjoy! The downside is the pool noise was LOUD! Someone was smoking pot A LOT off their balcony so we would have to go in. Plenty of parking! Grills were nice. We will be back!! Just maybe go higher up!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at INDIES 405. The condo was fantastic. Just a few things, the water in the fridge door didn't work well (needs new filter) and it would be nice to have a scrub sponge (new) for guests to use and discard for dishes. Only one towel and washcloth for the kitchen seems skimpy. We've stayed in several VRBO condos that offer more towels for the kitchen. Also, while it is nice that there is onsite security, it is annoying to be constantly hassled about swim passes and the general feeling of skepticism that we are indeed staying at the condo and not trespassing. It's a bit extreme. Especially by day four when I know the guard has seen us multiple times. Just wondering if there isn't a friendlier way to do that process? This is just from our other VRBO experiences.

Checkin code was not working when we arrived. But we got it cleared up after calling customer service. Washing machine was leaking on the floor, the sweetest handy man came quickly to check it out. Bring your own hangers, paper towels, napkins, extra TP, hair blow dryer...etc these things are not included.It was a nice place great view of the ocean. The little issues we had were resolved quickly.

First time Condo renter

Reviewer Comments: This was our first time renting a condo in FtM, even though we have visited the area for over 25 years now. We have always stayed at a house on the beach, but we wanted to try a less expensive route for our "spur of the moment--birthday--last trip before school starts" trip! The condo was very nice. The noise from the pool directly below the house was a negative in my husband and I's opinion, but it may not bother others. (We live in a very secluded rural area and are used to no people/quiet.) It definitely has a hotel (not home) feel, but it was a great stay for my husband and I. The description was 6 could sleep, but it would definitely not be 6 adults! The 2 bunk beds in the hall are for very small children only. The inside furniture was a little worn and dirty, but overall effective for our stay. We loved the balcony furniture!
