Spacious holiday home Forest for up to 22+1 guests, ideal for families and groups of friends. The house consists of 5 lockable apartments, each with its own private bathroom, living area with TV, and kitchen, offering the perfect balance between privacy and shared spaces.

On the ground floor, there is a common lounge with a TV with Netflix, a large dining table, and a comfortable sofa — ideal for spending time together. Guests can also enjoy a fenced garden, outdoor seating, and a sauna available for an additional fee.

The house is located in a quiet forest setting in the Ore Mountains, just 10 minutes by car from the Klínovec ski slopes.

I was very positively surprised by this place. The house has a great room layout, and everything was clean and well prepared. We didn’t get the chance to try the sauna.The only small downside was the grill grate, which could use some improvement. Other than that, everything was great, and I would happily book this place again.

Wir haben das Haus für unser Familientreffen gebucht. Die Kinder hatten viel Platz zum Toben,vor allem im Garten.Die Zimmer waren sauber und gut eingerichtet. Sauna und Feuerstelle haben wir nicht genutzt,war aber beides vorhanden. Man kann vom Haus aus los wandern, bzw. Ist schnell in O-Thal und am Keilberg. Vielleicht wäre noch ein bisschen mehr Ordnung im Geschirr schön. Wir mussten uns alles aus der Obersten Etage holen, da in allen anderen Apartments nix zu finden war. Was aber der einzigen Spülmaschine im Haus geschuldet ist. Aber grundsätzlich war das aus unserer Sicht kein Problem

With larger groups, it sometimes happens that guests naturally move dishes between apartments or take them to shared spaces, which can lead to things ending up in one place. We can see this is something we’ll need to monitor more closely and manage better on our side to keep everything evenly distributed and easy to find.
