I am originally from Malone. Moved away after school and moved back a few years ago with my young children to raise them in the country. I am 30yr real estate professional and enjoy the hospitality component of the housing world.

Why they chose this property

I chose the location of this 1930's red brick school house for our Foothills Lodge project because it is in the heart of the historic district, next to US Vice President Wheelers estate on a quiet street fronting beautiful Arsenal Green Park walking distance to everything on Main Street. Close to Titus Ski and Malone Golf and Country Club and everything the Adirondacks have to offer.

What makes this property unique

It is unquestionably the most unique lodging facility in Malone NY. Historic Charm with updated conveniences. If the 1930 Red Brick School house doesn't do it the attached 1880's field stone Cafe surely does!
