The resort reached out and offered to credit or reschedule any days I wanted, which was a blessing. The cabin was gorgeous, cozy, clean, and had so many amenities to enjoy. I was able to be a supermom for barely more than a hotel price. Loved it!

Reviewer Comments: The house was really nice. the Christmas card and hot cocoa bombs were a nice little touch. the beds were comfy. The maid service could have paid a little bit more attention when cleaning. I believe the previous people that stayed didn't turn the dishwasher on (but thought they did) and the maids put dirty dishes back in the cabinets. The house had everything we needed to cook Christmas breakfast and plenty of blankets and pillows. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

They sent the maintenance man very fast, he fixed the unit. We enjoyed the rooms. The only thing I would suggest is the living room furniture needs changed. The one chair had a leg that was leaning in, making us afraid to sit on it. The couch was also like that. We will use this company again. Very fast getting us in our cabin!! Thank you so much for that!

We love the location. Easy drive to many locations we like to visit. There is a wider view of the mountains. There was a momma bear and two cubs that walked by the cabin. There is a larger cabin beside with outside amenities that interrupt the secluded/wooded type feeling and feel like you are getting pushed out of your own parking area. Enjoyed the surprise from the owners. Very sweet and thoughtful.

Downstairs bed has worn out mattress that should be replaced and kitchen drawers should have knobs to make it easier to open. Cabin is in very peacefull area and saw bears out windows 3 days

Fun time at touch of class cabin

Spent a whole day in gatlinburg shopping and went to skypark,its beautiful. 3rd day spent time in pigeon forge riding go karts. 4th day drove to cades cove totally worth it the best views. Had an amazing time. My daughter got engaged in the cabin.

A touch of class cabin was beautiful and quiet. Only downfall of cabin was very weak water pressure in both bathrooms but that's a minimal complaint on a great stay and we will definitely be back again!
