Beautiful holiday in a relaxed location

We had a wonderful time in Elba, the house was perfect, clean and there was nothing missing. We were very well welcomed by the hosts and would come back anytime. Thank you Lucia for your hospitality.

Nice small stay in a remote location

The house is up a hill with a very narrow, steep road. Parking is further up with little space to make a u-turn but with some practice you will manage. :) We were warml greeted with some fruit and a very good introduction to the house. Everything was very clean and very well maintained. Some struggles with the warm water and the sun lettino were solved right away. We don’t speak Italian but communication was straight forward using common English words and some mainstream Italian. For a party of 4 (2 adults and 2 teenagers) the size of the house was OK but not very spacious. The beautiful terrace with the awesome view however, is just great. The sunset in the evening is a great end of the day. Nisporto is a small village with great views over the sea but at the same time it is quite a remote location. When we were there during late May and beginning of June 2023 the weather already was quite nice. The Pizzaria at the campground opened in the first week of June. The restaurant at the beach opened for republic day (June 2nd), then a few more days over the weekend, then closed down again. The grocery shop seemed to have closed down. Coming from Nisporto outside of Magazzini there is a supermarket. At the stone beach you can rent sun loungers and umbrellas. The bar offering drinks, snacks, sandwiches as well some pasta dishes is great. The water is OK with some very slippery stones in the water and some see weeds. Overall, a small but fair deal in a remote location.

Pros: La vista sul mare della terrazza era fantastica! La proprietaria, gentile e disponibile. Cons: La strada per arrivare alla casa,è davvero difficoltosa da percorrere con l'auto perché stretta e ripida, per il resto nulla da dire.

Traumhafte Lage mit Blick über die Bucht von Nisporto

Wir haben hier als Familie einen wundervollen Urlaub verbracht. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet und man hat von der Terrasse einen wunderbaren Blick über die Bucht von Nisporto. Die Vermieterin Lucia ist sehr nett. Kleines Manko: Die Zufahrtsstraße zum Objekt ist leider sehr eng.

Dieses Ferienhaus ist ein Traum

Pros: Das Ferienhaus entspricht genau den Bildern, wie angezeigt, wenn nicht sogar besser. Perfekte Lage für Badeurlauber oder auch für diejenigen, die gerne die Insel erkunden möchten. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zur Begrüßung stand ein frischer Obstteller in der Küche. Als die Spülmaschine etwas defekt war, kamen sofort (Samstag) Monteure und haben diese sofort repariert. Das Ferienhaus ist bestens ausgestattet, mit genügend Geschirr, Pfannen und Töpfen. Zudem war das Haus bei Ankunft besonders sauber. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft. Ein privater Parkplatz direkt am Haus rundet das Ganze ab. Rundum ein perfekter Urlaub für die ganze Familie.

Da non sottovalutare la fornitura di asciugamani e lenzuola. Dettagli curati dall'arrivo, la Sig.ra Lucia, proprietaria della struttura, durante il check in, ci ha servito frutta fresca, biscotti tipici e tanto altro. Insomma... Un'oasi di pace!

Schönes, gepflegtes Appartement mit großartiger Aussicht

Pros: Das Appartement ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und vielem mehr. Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Kohlegrill, Klimaanlage und WLAN sind nur einige Annehmlichkeiten. Die Anlage um das Haus ist sehr liebevoll angelegt und gepflegt. Der Kiesstrand ist keine 3 Minuten entfernt. Aber das Highlight ist die großzügige Terrasse mit Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang! Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und großzügig - wir wurden mit Obst und Tomaten begrüßt. Es fehlte uns an nichts!
