The holiday home “Finca Son Banus” is located in Manacor and impresses guests with its rustic charm and beautiful mountain view. The unique property, which stretches over 2 floors, consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (both with 2 single beds) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, air conditioning and a television. In your private outdoor area you will find a balcony and a covered terrace. The highlight of the accommodation is the private jacuzzi where you can relax with a glass of wine. In a 7 minute drive you will reach the centre of Manacor where you will find a wide selection of shops, restaurants, bars, cafes and the nearest supermarket. Cala Estany d’en Mas beach is a 22-minute drive from the house (19.1 km) where you can swim in the turquoise water and leave the stress of everyday life behind you.

Cute places, some aspects a bit unpractical

Pros: The house is really well equipped, with many dishes, potes, pans, and electric appliances to cook and prepare food. Margalida even leaves portable cooler for beach picnic. There are air conditioners in the upper floor (despite being quite noisy). The house looks cute and has great charme with the big glass entrance. Location is good in 20’ you can be in Portocolom, Cala d’Or and a bit more for the eastern beaches. Cons: How water in the second floor was not steady, typically the second or third would not have it. Parking is tight and access road too. There were really many mosquitoes (upon leaving Margalida has promised to buy some anti mosquito device). The place for kids to play was very limited. We have been asked to feed the 7 local cats, it was ok with us and our little girls but not everybody might really enjoy it.

Erholung und Entspannung

Pros: Wir haben eine ruhig gelegene Unterkunft gesucht und hier gefunden. Die Vermieterin ist super nett und wir konnten sie jederzeit kontaktieren. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, es ist gemütlich und das Haus ist durch die alte Bauweise angenehm kühl, im oberen Bereich hilft die Klimaanlage, falls es Mal zu warm ist. Der Jakuzzi ist herrlich erfrischend, so kann man es auf der Terrasse den ganzen Tag aushalten. Man ist schnell in Manacor zum Einkaufen und die Strände sind in gut 20 bis 25 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Lage ist demnach sehr ruhig, aber dennoch zentral genug gelegen. Für Ruhe Suchende perfekt. Es ist eine schöne, rustikale und urige Unterkunft, in der man sich schnell wohl fühlt.
