Property was perfect for our group of 5 adults. The three king suites were nearly equal in size so everyone felt they had a great room. The outside space was our favorite as we could sit with our coffee in the morning and enjoy the beautiful red cliff. Our host Jared was very kind and responsible to get our information to us on time. Kitchen is very well stocked.Would definitely return.

The check-in process was quick and easy. Jared the host was really wonderful! He answered questions very quickly and was extremely helpful and open about any suggestions that we had for him. The house was clean and beautiful upon our arrival. We found the decor to be really nice there. The kitchenware was especially nice and of good taste and quality. There’s a gas bbq grill on the back patio, we didn’t have time to use it though. It’s really nice having a place where all three bedrooms have king sized beds and large bathrooms to themselves! The only downside is that one bedroom is downstairs and the other two bedrooms are upstairs. The location is on the south side of the town of Moab. But it didn’t matter to us because it wasn’t that far away and we were going to several different locations in different areas, so it worked out well for us.
