Your relaxing vacation awaits in the desert oasis 10 minutes south of downtown Moab.
This brand new home is close to national and state parks as well as countless hiking, biking and off road trails. Enjoy the fantastic views and watch the sunrise over the La Sal Mountains from the front porch or covered balcony. Take in the stars or watch the sunset over the Moab Canyon Rim from the back covered patio or private hot tub. Enjoy the fire pit or relax in the hammock in the back yard. Grill up some food and dine inside or out. Enjoy a family movie night or ball game on the large screen smart tv in the family room, which features large leather sectional sofa, and wet bar as well as arcade games. The fully equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare meals and eat inside or outside.
As a guest, we ask that you abide by the following rules:
Guests & Occupants: The maximum occupancy of the home is 10. Only registered occupants are allowed in the property. Any occupant over 18 years of age must be listed on the reservation.
*Please lock all exterior doors and close windows if you are leaving the house and at the time of check out.
*Smoking or vaping is not allowed on the property under any circumstances.
*We understand that you are here to enjoy yourself and that you are on vacation, however please keep noise to a minimum after 9:00pm out of respect for the neighbors.
*Turn off exterior lights when not in use and before going to sleep as not to disturb the neighbors.
*Always keep the hot tub cover on and secured when not in use. Excess winds can blow the unsecured cover away &/or damage. Please unclip cover before opening cover.
*We ask that you please use designated hot tub towels (the striped towels located in the walk-in closet) and do not leave them outside when not in use.
*This property does not allow pets with exception of bona fide service animals. Any animals found on the property in violation of house rules are subject to termination of reservation without refund; special fee of $500 and all costs and expenses needed to clean and remediate the property.
*Events and/or parties are not allowed at the property. Only registered guests are allowed.
*We understand accidents happen so please let us know if you break or damage something at the property so that it can be replaced for future guests. If something is broken or damaged out of neglectful behavior on part of the guest, the guest will be responsible for replacing it.
*Given the quiet and secluded nature of the neighborhood, guests are asked to keep outdoor noise to a minimum. Quiet hours must be observed from 9:00pm-8:00am.
*If any portion of the property requires excess cleaning due to the activities of the guest, including (without limitation) animal waste, hot tub misuse, hazardous substances, or toxic chemicals, excess trash, etc. guest will be responsible for expenses above and beyond typical cleaning of the property.

Hi! I'm Andria. A native of Utah and resident of the Moab Valley since 2006. I'm a retired real estate appraiser turned property manager. My husband, 5th generation Moab native is a general contractor/developer who has built and designed many of the homes that I manage here in the Moab Valley/Spanish Valley. We take great pride in the homes we manage for owners all over the US from foundation to cleaning and hope that you enjoy staying with us. We live within very close proximity of all of our vacation rentals and are available to help with anything very quickly.

This neighborhood is distanced from the hustle and bustle of downtown Moab, the quiet neighborhood, beautiful views of the La Sal Mountains and Moab Canyon Rim and unbeatable view of the stars make it one of the best areas in the Moab valley! The area is rural and neighbors are terrific, we all look out for each other.
O que faz essa propriedade ser única?
The neighborhood has minimal traffic and is very quiet. The house itself is custom designed with features not often seen in vacation rentals. Views are fantastic and you'll be close enough to get to Moab in 10-15 minutes but far enough away that you'll enjoy being out of the hustle and bustle.
