Each bathroom includes a hair dryer for added convenience. Stay comfortable year-round with heating and air conditioning. Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Trash disposal- Trash days are Tuesday mornings. Please take out filled containers to the street and bring them back to the side of the house after pick-up.
Street sweeping is on Thursdays. Make sure you park in driveway on those days.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Why they chose this property

This neighborhood is safe, quiet, walking distance to a massive park that has tennis, freezbee golf, soccer fields, archery, lakes, dog park as well as a nature preserve. The Eldo is a fantastic steakhouse and bar and everything you need is accessible: freeways, shopping and amusement etc. It's a great place to live.

What makes this property unique

This home was built in the early 50's and is rock solid. I've done some additions, like whole home water filtration, spa and other fine touches.

I love to travel and this home features many of the artifacts and elements from all those places I love amd appreciate.
