Tucked away in the convenient village of Yapton, this stylish two bedroom holiday retreat is the perfect base for exploring the beauty of West Sussex, inc Goodwood, Arundel & stunning beaches of the South Coast. Set in the grounds of the owners residence it's a perfect choice for couples, friends or small families. Bright and spacious interiors create a welcome space to relax and unwind after a day of adventure. The space features two bedrooms, each with a king bed, offering guests plenty of room to relax. A nice bathroom with a refreshing shower adds to the comfort. Whether you’re here for a quiet getaway or a fun adventure, this perfect spot provides a peaceful retreat. What makes this property unique

The Byre was the original milking parlour to our Grade 2 listed Sussex flint barn. Accessed through an electric gate it is very private with it's own patio area with six seater table.
